Our two-room apartment (room + kitchen) of 40 square meters is very comfortable. It has everything you need to feel yourself at home. We are rated 3-\*, overall very quiet, the surface is 40 square meters and only 300 meters from the sea and its beautiful sand beaches. It is not overlooked and Wi-Fi is totally free from June to September. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for the toddlers. The residence has an elevator. Your Comfort : - Bedroom with double bed 160x190 + flat screen TV + Dressing room, large ceiling fan, window on the outside with shutters. The living room with a sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable double bed, flat screen TV with International channels, radio, closet, table, chairs, large ceiling fan, window to the outside, shutters. Sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Es war wirklich alles in der Wohnung vom Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, 3 TV und eigener Parkplatz in zentraler Lage. Ganz toll fanden wir den Balkon mit kompletter Verglasung zum Öffnen. Der Vermieter Eric hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe mit einer Flasche Wein und leckeren Keksen überrascht. Wir waren total begeistert und kommen im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Note 1 mit 5 Sternen. \*\*\*\*\*Superbe appartement à un prix imbattable. Très propre et idéalement situé. L'appartement était équipé de tout le nécessaire : aspirateur, lave-linge, congélateur, réfrigérateur, climatisation, trois téléviseurs et parking privé en plein centre.
