Ideal for couples with children, this two-bedroom duplex will charm you with its proximity to the beach and shops.  
  
It is fully equipped for your comfort: a pleasant living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV, and upstairs you have a first master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and storage. A bathroom with a beautiful shower and a renovated toilet.  
  
The best thing about this rental: you can leave the car and everything is a 5-minute walk away: beaches, shops, and the town center.  
  
Cleaning included.  
  
The surroundings: The Left Bank district is a family-friendly neighborhood with the "Babyland" children's playground and its paddling pool just steps from the beach. The Seaquarium and its famous shark tunnel have become a popular attraction in Grau-du-Roi.
