On the 1st floor apartment P2 in duplex fully open type loft of 48m², constituted on the 1st floor of a bright living room with sofa convertible in 140cm, TV, air conditioning and wifi, overlooking a balcony of 3m² with magnificent views of the canal, the fishing harbour and the south-east facing swing bridge. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher), an open staircase leads directly into the upstairs bedroom with a double bed 140cm with a 2nd balcony of 3m² overlooking the south-facing canalis, a sliding door leads to the bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Municipal parking at 300m . Ideally located 300m from the beach, the super u fishing port shopping center, 400m from the bus station. Départ et retour des bateaux de pêche de jour et de nuit ( magnifiques ... si si ! ) depuis les balcons . Proximité du centre ville juste de l'autre côté du pont tournant . Le fond sonore du voisinage varié et en tout genre ne nous a pas du tout géné à cette pèriode bien entendu .
