### Studio for 4 with heated pool, close to skiing

"Escale n°4" is a 24m² studio apartment with a sleeping alcove, accommodating up to 4 people, located in a residence. This apartment is ideally situated near the cross-country ski trails and ice rink in winter, and the playground and treetop adventure course in summer. Enjoy free access to the heated indoor pool with spa jets and massage jets, reserved for Escale guests. You can also take advantage of Escale's other amenities (games room, restaurant, free Wi-Fi, etc.). Apartment location: - 450m from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 900m from the downhill ski slopes - 350m from the cross-country ski trails - 50m from the free shuttle stop (150m in summer) - 150m from the bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in a private outdoor lot. Cleaning is either done by the guest or can be booked in advance. Bed linen and towels are available for rent. Arrival from 4:00 PM - Departure before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of mandatory tourist taxes, booking of cleaning services, and rental of bed linen and towels if needed. \* \*To be booked 7 days before your arrival and subject to availability. Kitchen: kitchenette. Kitchen equipment: 2 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Living room: 1 sofa bed, 1 double fold-down bed. Sleeping alcove: separate sleeping alcove from the living room by a door, 2 bunk beds. Bathroom: 1 bathroom with 1 shower, at least 1 shower. Toilet: 1 toilet in the bathroom.
