Appartement T3 de 44 m² au 1 ème étage sans ascenseur.  
\- Cuisine ouverte sur le salon : 19 m² avec un canapé de 140 × 190.  
\- Chambre 1 de 8 m² avec un lit double de 160 × 190.  
\- Chambre 2 de 8 m² avec 2 superposés de 70 × 190 et 1 lit gigogne.  
\- Salle de bain de 3 m² avec Baignoire.  
\- WC séparé.  
\- Terrasse de 6,2 m² exposée au Sud-Ouest Avec store tamisant et mobilier de jardin  
\- Casier à ski  
  
STATIONNEMENT  
2 parkings sont à votre disposition : un sur le bas de la résidence avec 50 marches à gravir, l’autre sur le haut de la résidence avec 20 marches à descendre
