Appartment 2 rooms of 46 m ² (law Carrez, more than 1,80 metrers high)) located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator. He offers :  
 \- a hall with clearing and bunk beds (for 2 persons)  
\- a living room with two convertible sofas (for 2 x 2 persons) each with a bridge column furniture for storage, TV, HD satellite decoder  
\- dining area with an extending table, 5 chairs, 1 stool, 1 bench  
\- a fitted kitchenette: cupboards, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, combined 4 plates + electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine  
\- an attic bedroom with a double bed (for 2 persons), a two-column bridge unit  
\- bathroom with washbasin and bath  
\- Separate toilet  
\- balcony, ski locker and outdoor parking space  
  
The apartment is equipped with blankets, crockery and kitchen utensils.  
It does not include towel nor bed linen.  
Cleaning at the end of the stay is made by the tenant.  
  
The ski lifts of the Col du Corbier were removed in 2012; this site offers cross-country skiing, tobogganing and is located at the start of many hiking trails. On horseback between the valley of Aulps and the valley of Abondance, the Col du Corbier enjoys exceptional sunshine.
