The living room has two single-seater benches. A lovely sheltered terrace lets you enjoy your meals outside, so you can take full advantage of the relaxing surroundings and the view over the Etang de Salses. The main room and bedroom are equipped with a ceiling fan. There is no television in the flat. This flat is located in the Caraïbes residence. A large car park is available behind the residence. (Parking spaces are not numbered). As part of your rental, you will have access to : \- an aquatic area with 2 pools and a water games area for children and adults. The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival. \- various sports grounds: multi-sports pitch, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque area, etc. \- an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or working out. The Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away. In season, you'll find a bakery/grocery, a tobacconist/newsagent, a launderette, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and a carrefour express. Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square in season, to the delight of young and old alike. Near the beach of the marine lake and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. On the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees. On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play safely with their friends, as here pedestrians are king and cars are restricted to the outside. At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones. Beautiful, long beaches await you 2km away, accessible via a wooded path. Piscine payante. Très cher par rapport à d autres logements bien équipés et refaits a neufs. À ne pas recommender ce logement ménage pas fait à l arrivée et matériel trop vieu qui ne fonctionne plus très bien, vieille vaisselle pas propre. Séjour très décevant. Plage loin du logement. A l'arrivée, on nous fait payer une prestation de 35 € pour frais de ménage. Je peux vous dire que l'appartement était très sale. Vaisselle sale, très mal équipé. Il y a un four, on ne peut pas s'en servir car pas de plat. Vaisselle restreinte. Pas de couverture, oreillers sales. Très bruyant. Photos sur le site à réactualiser.
