Face au Paquebot des Sables Le Lydia, la résidence ESTANY vous offre une situation idéale pour vos vacances. A proximité de la plage (100m) et des commerces (400m), la résidence possède un parking privé sécurisé et un ascenseur.  
Proximité du Lydia et ses animations XXL : DEFERLANTES / ELECTROBEACH / VILLAGE DE NOEL.  
 Au 3 E étage (ascenseur), Grand Appartement 2 pièces + loggia (d’environ 57m²), aménagement agréable : séjour/salle à manger avec TV et BZ (couchage 2 personnes). 1 grande chambre avec 1 lit en 140 (couchage 2 personnes) et TV. Coin cuisine équipé (plaques cuisson, micro-onde, four, frigo congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge) et cellier attenant. Une salle d’eau et WC séparé. Le séjour donne sur une belle loggia (baie vitrée) qui offre une vue mer et Paquebot le Lydia (exposition EST).   
La loggia est aménagée avec un espace repas. Appartement équipé pour 4 personnes, parking privé sécurisé. Linge de maison et draps non fournis. Ménage de fin de séjour non inclus, prestation en supplément.
