BARCARES (66), on the 1st floor (with elevator) of the La Sardane residence. The apartment comprises a kitchen open to the living room, a large 14m² terrace, and two separate bedrooms with loggias, a shower room, and a separate toilet on the upper floor.  
Private parking. Shops are approximately 300 meters away, and the beach is in front of the residence (no road to cross).  
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, freezer, and two double beds, plus a double sofa bed.  
The location of this apartment is unique, ensuring you'll have an unforgettable vacation.
