price and beds

Pros: close to where I needed to be
Cons: softer beds
I saw one price on the computer and thought that was the price I was paying. When I got to the hotel and checked out, it was 40.00 more dollars. I will not use Expedia again to book a room. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable.

frig was broke and smelled awful

Location: location fine
the frig and microwave and coffee pot was all broken . the frig smelled awful . Thay didn't have my room for the night i booked it and they charged me more money even though i had my paperwork showing it was for the right night

Customer Beware

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: At the least they should start cleaning their rooms.
Location: Lot's of good eating in the area. Atlanta is an easy drive.
My experience is longer than the characters provided. =] My mom and I stayed here while evacuating from Irma. 1. The hotel charged me more than the original quote and refuses to refund the extra charges. 2. They have also charged me for an extra night, which they refuse to refund, despite promising to upon check out. 3. When we requested new linens, we were denied because the hotel was too busy. 4. Anytime we needed something from the desk, like toilet paper or towels, the staff demanded to know why and they "didn't understand" why we needed these things. 5. The room was smelly, my sheets were stained on arrival, and we found months old dog feces under the a/c unit. 6. Manager blatantly lies to customers, harasses them during breakfast to fill out online surveys for the hotel.

Bed Bugs and fleas

Pros: Location and price was reasonable.
Cons: Getting rid of the fleas and bed bugs would be a huge improvement!
Location: Location was perfect for what we needed. Close to every place that I needed to go. Many major stores in the area also.
My sister and I were bitten by bed bugs and fleas. I wanted to complain to the charge person when I checked out but he spoke very little English. I didn't think he understood what I was saying. It is a pet friendly motel but not people friendly.

Alarm clock was broken. Door to room didn't shut well. Front desk friendly but billed me twice. Floor shakes when someone walks across. TV volume doesn't work right. Very little offered for breakfast.
