It is located 650 metres (9 - 11 minutes walk) from the centre of the family-friendly “car-free” mountain village of Wengen.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people:

Bedroom 2 = 1 double king-size bed (EU size)
All beds are European sizes

Bathroom 1 = en-suite with shower and WC

Apartment location: It is 650 metres (9 - 11 minutes walk) uphill to Wengen train station, and 600 metres to the nearest supermarket.

With its modern open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, this apartment's interior is bright and spacious. With its stylish furnishings, it feels warm and cosy... the perfect place to cook, eat, entertain and relax all in one space! The apartment is equipped with free WiFi and wide-screen TV for your entertainment.

The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob and electric oven, a dishwasher and all the appliances and equipment needed for a self-catering holiday. To top it off, the sunny south-west facing garden terrace with barbecue is a delightful place to enjoy al fresco dining and relaxing while soaking up the spectacular mountain views. This apartment is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a serene Alpine retreat with views to die for!

What you should know...

Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 12-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required.

Please note that the indoor fireplace is for decoration only and cannot be used.

The apartment is located about 650 metres (9 - 11 minutes walk) downhill from Wengen train station and the village centre. There is also Wengwald train station about 650 metres (9 minutes walk) downhill from the chalet.

This is an incredible place to stay - the views are outstanding. There is a walk to town, uphill, but it is worth every step when you get to the apartment. The apartment itself has everything you need, is well furnished. Would stay again, thank you!

Picture perfect

Super comfortable with the best morning view atop a mountain. Plan ahead if your not young and get your bags delivered to the apartment. It’s on a mountain so you need to be in moderate shape to enjoy this property or get a ride. We absolutely loved this place and wanted to stay longer. The parking garage and train are super convenient. Amenities of the apartment are numerous. Beds are comfortable. Best sleep I had while in Switzerland.

Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment with All the Amenities You Need

Fabulous views. Easy access to the train station - either updown. Spacious, clean, great cooking supplies - we cooked in quite a bit after exhausting hikes. Service from Julie was wonderful, she helped me retrieve a lost package from a hotel that we stayed in a few days prior, and assisted immediately with questions about various apartment items and local attractions. Great wi-fi, nice washer dryer, etc. Highly recommended!
