### Apartment 'Ambergers' with Private Terrace and Shared Garden

In the quiet farming village of Lauterbach, these newly furnished holiday apartments of 200 m² welcome you. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There are several French beds, 2 single beds, and 1 double waterbed available. The three shower bathrooms, one with an additional bathtub, offer comfort for larger groups. Three dining rooms, three fitted kitchens, and three living rooms provide ample space and privacy. The spacious hallway is equipped with a desk and a second wardrobe. Further amenities include three private TVs, your own barbecue, as well as a washing machine and dryer for shared use.  
  
Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace with access to the shared garden and a nearby playground – ideal for relaxation and family activities.  
  
To maintain the quiet atmosphere, parties and events are not permitted. Noise protection rules apply to respect the peaceful village location.  
  
You can reach the center of Lauterbach in just a 10-minute walk. In the village, you will find a bakery, butcher, a supermarket with postal service, and two restaurants. The location offers direct access to cycling and hiking trails. Local experiences include cooking classes at the restaurant, swimming, thermal baths, castle tours, the cultural city of Alsfeld, volcano hiking trails, horse riding, golf, carriage rides, and a summer toboggan run. A bus stop is located almost directly at the property. The hosts live on site, but not in your accommodation. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee.
