The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cute compact cottage with lots of charm and quirkiness made my stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect for walking to Launceston's sights. The cottage is well equipped however some TLC is required to optimise the stay. A very noisy fridge needs replacing as soon as practical- it woke me up during the night.
