Which comes with all the trappings of a hotel. Free secure gated parking. Upstairs is the master suite with a luxurious King-size bed, dressed with quality Sheridan bedding, there's ample space in the built in robes, a flat-screen TV, modern en-suite with walk in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Downstairs, bedroom two, has a queen size bed and bedroom three has a double bed, are also dressed with quality Sheridan bedding and built in robes. Bedroom three has a T.V. There's a full size second bathroom with bath, walk in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail. The laundry area is compact, but offers all the necessities; washing machine, dryer, trough, iron and ironing board. Tasmanian Myrtle timber features in the full size kitchen. Which has all the comforts of home; microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, full size fridge/freezer, as well as all crockery and cutlery. The dining area which seats six, has a morning sun Easterly aspect. Sit back and relax on the two or three seater couches, with flat screen TV and blue tooth speaker in the living room. The spilt system heat pump offers all year round comfort. At the end of a hard day you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sun setting on your private balcony.
