This is an older hotel that still has the acoustic “popcorn” ceilings, but our room was very clean & quiet. The best part was the Bighorn restaurant! Good food, good service, good prices & good ambiance, including good live music.

In terrible need of an update. Everything is old and stained and smells musty or smokey. Private beach acess is nice and the water and candy at checkin was cute.

The property has good and bad... The staff was great for the most part. The costs were good and the food was inexpensive and good at the restaurants. The property overall is clean just a little run down. Be prepared to wait at the Bighorn Cafe but the service and food is great! We wish they had some live entertainment. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was run down and had some mold, and our air-conditioning did not work.

The rooms do not offer a microwave or fridge unless you upgrade to the “deluxe.” The staff aside from the bellhop and housekeeping are poorly trained when it comes to professionalism. My daughter unfortunately had a nosebleed and I was told in a very rude manner that we would have to pay extra for the biohazard on the sheets. I expected a fee but the way it was explained to me was in very poor taste. The restaurant is also very rude and poorly staffed. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The best part of the hotel is the 2nd floor bowling and kid area. The website gives false impression of “game room” because teens/kids are not allowed to play ping pong since table is in room with casino games and alcohol. Same goes for some of the ski-ball and other games at the 3rd level. The “pc gamers room” hasn’t been open for some time so that knocks the rating down even more. The arcade consists of a few gaming units and that’s it. Definitely disappointed because there is plenty of false information and photos of the room are as well. Our room is super outdated and reeks of dust. My son tipped the light shade and large amount of dust came down in a cloud. My son has asthma and allergies and can’t imagine having him in the room for more than a night.

What stood out the most is the friendliness of the employees. We were always greeted with a smile and there was never a sour face or a bad attitude. We stayed the weekend and never left the premises...there was no need to. The restaurants were excellent and the prices were reasonable.. We will definitely be back.

We were given a room that was clearly never cleaned. We needed to go back to the desk to make staff aware of this and ask for another room. Staff were nice. This room was clean but still smelled unclean. The pictures online are deceiving. Dumpy place.

The Beds were nice. No Blow Dryer. Ice machines were broken. Only one nice Restaurant, long wait to Eat. La Villita casino in the Riverside Lodge has great Mexican Food and great service!

I really love having a microwave and refrigerator. Easy parking right in front of the property. Nice rooms, clean, responsive staff to requests. No coffee makers in the room. Not good! They would only give us 2 complementary cups of coffee, per stay. Also, you have to go to the front desk to receive ice. The icemakers on every floor do not work. These two items are pretty major for me! Laughlin River Lodge needs to make coffee available every day, as well as repair the ice machines!! Other than those two major problems, i enjoyed our Deluxe River View King room. I will stay there again, but I hope they take my review to heart. I have stayed elsewhere, i.e. Don Laughlin's Riverside, Aquarius and Edgewater. Even the Pioneer has ice readily available! Listen up, Laughlin River Lodge!!

It was ok. Room was ok. Service was ok. This property, as the rest of Laughlin, is a little overpriced for what you get, and a lot past its glory days. There are fun, non-gambling things to do at this property like a bowling alley and arcade. In fairness, I haven’t been to Laughlin in 22 years and I remember it as a much more vibrant place and a better value for your dollar. After all that, I wouldn’t rule out staying there again.

if you have kids the family suite is the way to go…king bed in our room and bunk beds to accommodate 5 in the kids room with their own bathroom! Our room looked over the river and the kids could see fish!! Just be aware…there are no supplies provided in kitchen, no blow dryers available, and no utensils so bring what you need!

It was clean and wide open. Nice views. The front desk gave us a gift baggie of two waters and a couple mini candy bars. A nice touch. They also gave me a bucket of ice. The only thing I was surprised by was no coffee pot in the room. But we just went down in morning and got some coffee. But I do like having a coffee pot in the room. The room was spacious and very clean including the bathroom which is a plus! Very nice stay and highly recommend stay here

I have stayed at most of the casinos in Laughlin over the years, I really liked the room we had, was a little extra for the river view but worth it. The only disappointment was not having a coffee maker and refrigerator in room, guess I am spoiled and used to having them. The wait for the lodge restaurant is usually very long but always worth it, top notch. The personnel in the Dotties were awesome always giving us drinks and nice to have extras like free nuts, and candy kisses. Highly recommend.
