In behalf of Pantelakis family and all the personnel I deeply apologize for your inconvenience, I am sorry though you did not share your views on the reception desk so that we can apologize in person and make your accommodation more enjoyable. Esperides Hotel is located just out of the village at 250meters distance from the beach. There are 24 double rooms with sea view and around 24 more with mountain view. I supposed you chose a sea view. Sea view is the side of the traffic which depends on the period and sometimes I understand it may be irritating for some guests, although this year we did not met any serious problems. Although, Ii you had noticed us in time about your unpleasant experience, we would have advised you a mountain view room which at more quiet, without any other sounds but those of the nature. Based on your experience, you should already have been aware that all large and some smaller accommodation places in Myrtos village are located nearby either busy roads or crowded places, so it is hard for me to understand fully your last piece of advise. Thank you for sharing your reviews with us. We wish you all the best and hope to give us the chance on your next travel to Myrtos to prove that your last experience was nothing but an uncertain event. Thank you for you nice comments, we always be at your disposal, so that you can spend nice easygoing vacation at the family atmosphere the hotel is offering.

Thank you very much for you comments, they really do help us become better. The water might be cold at times when the weather is cold because in the hotel we based at sunheaters. There is always an alternative of electrical boilers at cloudy days and that propably was your case. The ONLY way the water is cold is that of a failure or the personnel forgot or did not notice, and did not turn the heater on. Anyway, we apologize for the inconvenience and we wish you all the best for the rest for the season.

Sie haben in einem Familienhotel übernachtet, in dem das Hotelpersonal den Kunden gegenüber nie unhöflich ist. Ich persönlich habe mir große Mühe gegeben, mit Ihnen zu reden, aber Sie haben nie geantwortet.Ich habe Ihre Stimme gehört, als Sie bei Ihrer Abreise die Beherbergungssteuer bezahlt haben.Das Hotel befindet sich im Umbau, man wohnte in einem Zimmer mit neuen Betten und Matratzen, neuem Sat-TV, neuem Wasserkocher, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, neuen Stühlen auf dem Balkon und im Zimmer.Wir sind ein Zwei-Sterne-Hotel.Vielen Dank
