Nice hotel and room

If you're taking the monorail it's almost a mile walk to the hotel from the last stop at the sls station. Something to consider

Our stay at the Stratosphere was good. Our only complaint was that the Concierge desk lacked a lot in customer service. Roxy's Diner was absolutely awesome, we loved everything we ordered. I don't recommend going to the McDonald's for anything, they definitely don't know what customer service is at all.

It was ok but the area was horrendous...you shouldn't market yourself as on the strip clearly you are in downtown in the seedy part of town.....

Booked way in advance and got put in their old un-renovated rooms. First night seemed fine until we saw bed bugs running across the sheets. Called the front desk they came and took pictures and moved us to a clean renovated room which was nicer. We were told we would be contacted about the incident and if not to call them. We weren't contacted so I reached out to them. They offered us two nights stay (which any casino would give you just for playing in their casino) only on certain dates. The person told me that we would receive a letter in a couple weeks so we could set up our stay with a different family of bed bugs. We still have not received any letter from the stratosphere and it's been 5 months now. Not that I would have stayed at their hotel again, but they did nothing to make our stay enjoyable. Not that I expected much in the first place, this incident definitely tilted the experience to a poor one at that. I do not recommend staying here regardless of your budget. For the money you save you can spend a bit more for the assurance of quality at other hotels and a guarantee that if something like this happens to you they would make it right.

Horrible unless you balling on a budget!!

First let me start by saying it was my birthday weekend and my first time in Vegas. I booked the trip through Expedia so the pictures they showing on their the rooms don't look nothing like them. I get to the hotel room and it's like staying in a studio apartment. Bathroom Sink inside the room, no fridge, no microwave. Window view was the air vents and the 7-Eleven next door. I called down to the front desk and ask them can I switch rooms. They gave me a hard time and told me it's gone be $10 extra per night to change my room. I asked them do the new room come with a fridge they tell me no it's just a new model room you switching too. If I wanted a fridge it would be $25 extra Per night. My whole experience was horrible. Hotel bathroom tub was disgusting. Air and heating conditioner was not working properly. I had to call down to room service to ask for two plates and some forks they told me it's gonna be $6.26 for delivery charge.I just know I'm not staying at this hotel anymore I'll take my self to MGM and get treated way better than how I got treated at stratosphere. The only thing I did like was the rooftop pool and the stratosphere tower. And one last thing they kept charging my debit card and when I called to ask about these charges they had no good explanation on why they kept charging my card all they told me was they would take my card off the file and refund the charges back to my card.

Pros: Casino
Cons: LONG LINES to check in! 1 hour wait!!!
Location: Too far away from strip!
Casino was nice, rooms were okay, but needs to be updated.

It was a great experience at the hotel. The only one thing I would like to recommend is hotel should have Air port pick up and drop off shuttle for free cost.
