The property was beautiful and most of the staff were nice and helpful.
I love the options of food and drink within the hotel, and the easy access to Bally Hotel. We were in a great location, with stunning views.
The only things I was a little disappointed in: no coffee station in the room; although we had 4 people in our room, only 2 could access WiFi for free, and only 2 could utilize the gym for free. All 4 of us wanted to utilize the gym, but were unsure of the costs associated and therefore did not. We received 3 towels in our room once arrived, the room was booked for four people. When we requested 4 towels and 4 wash rags, only 3 of each were delivered. We ended up having to share towels. We had elected to not have room service and receive a credit at the check-in kiosk; however, this was not noted, we still received room service, and a credit was not given.
