Smoke coated this hotel. It was horrible for non smokers even in the rooms.

The atmosphere inside was unique with the Parisian style decor, shops and food. Casino was very nicely laid out.

The property was beautiful and most of the staff were nice and helpful. I love the options of food and drink within the hotel, and the easy access to Bally Hotel. We were in a great location, with stunning views. The only things I was a little disappointed in: no coffee station in the room; although we had 4 people in our room, only 2 could access WiFi for free, and only 2 could utilize the gym for free. All 4 of us wanted to utilize the gym, but were unsure of the costs associated and therefore did not. We received 3 towels in our room once arrived, the room was booked for four people. When we requested 4 towels and 4 wash rags, only 3 of each were delivered. We ended up having to share towels. We had elected to not have room service and receive a credit at the check-in kiosk; however, this was not noted, we still received room service, and a credit was not given. Minor
