Key card did not work several times therefore creating an inconvenient time for me as I had to walk down to front desk three separate times to exchange a key.

Pros - (1) Friendly staff. (2) Free parking. (3) Nice room. (4) Comfortable bed. (5) Good dinner buffet. Cons - (1) When we booked, we were told this is a nonsmoking hotel. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the casino area where the reception desk and restaurants are. The smoke smell is bad enough to infiltrate your hair and clothing just walking through from the reception desk or restaurants to your room. (2) No coffee maker in the room. (3) Serrano's Cafe had very mediocre overpriced breakfast food. My spouse is native American and we chose to stay at this hotel to support the tribe that owns it. We were disappointed to see no trace of tribal representation.

Giant and comfy room with a great view! One tip- there is a separate entrance and lobby for the hotel. You don’t need to go to the mail casino entrance.

I believe "Ken" at check in was great. I DID NOT like that the maid knocked on the door with a DO NOT DISTURB sign on at 10:20am when check out is 11am. Also a got a text message for express check out and when I clicked it, the error message said I was not found in the system.

What a pleasant stay. We were upgraded to the Fantasy tower and our room was beautiful. The bathroom was gorgeous. It was a large room and very comfortable and very clean. It was so convenient to parking and there was a little cafe right downstairs for coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was not far off the strip at all, took us 5 mins driving to go to the fashion mall. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great, spotlessly clean property with really good food and the friendliest staff of pretty much any hotel I’ve ever visited. Honestly, EVERYONE was exceptionally kind. Would absolutely come back.

While I enjoyed the property, the building needs major plumbing update. Our sink was clogged during my entire stay even after multiple maintenance calls. I expected better for $60 daily resort fee and the Palms brand

Hotel and spa were as promised, but seriously- no coffee makers in the room. All the counter tops in the room are filled with booze and sweets. They could give up a little real estate for something small. Either stand in line in the morning with everyone else wanting coffee or walk the entire length of the casino to get to the food court for a McDonalds or coffee stand. For that reason I rated them 4 stars.

The staff at the Palms is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The dining options are very good and the Casino is clean. The Ghost Bar is worth a visit, with a clear view of the Strip from 54 floors up! We stayed in a King Strip View Room which is spacious in addition to having a spectacular view of the Strip. We dined at La Popular twice, Serrano’s twice and frequented the Coffee Shop. All are delicious! The gym is nice also. Staying at the Palms Casino Resort is a fun way to enjoy Vegas away from the Strip and Caesar’s Palace is only a quick taxi ride from the Palms entrance. The only suggestion I would make to the management is to replace mattresses that are aging. Ours seemed a bit worn. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Vegas!

My glasses in the room were FILTHY, and the floor had a bit of visible debris. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and the vending machine on our floor was out of order our entire stay.

Staff was outstanding. Always incredibly helpful and courteous. The room and hotel were gorgeous and exactly as advertised. The bed was a bit too firm for us. But that is our only “complaint”. Everything else was superb. Thank you for a great experience.

Very well situated hotel, off the strip works better for me. Rooms were clean, staff was a mix, sometimes very friendly other times seemed like they were just not in the mood to answer questions. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back, lots of restaurants and convenience stores at walking distance.

Wonderful service, everyone working there was warm and friendly. At arrival, Romeo at the front desk was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate us , get us reservations at a restaurant and a late checkout. The problems with this hotel unfortunately were the lack of restaurant options after 10:00 PM and the wait time to get a table at any restaurant. Always 40 mins or more because of the fact that they are short on staff. Restaurants had 2-3 servers at most. There was also no business center, and it’s very dark, rooms lack lighting. Rooms are clean, but shower doesn’t have a door or curtain which makes it “different” to say the least. Not a bad place to stay, but there’s definitely some room for improvement, especially when it comes to dining and them being short staffed.

Great place to stay! Lots of restaurant options on site and excellent food. A little further from downtown but makes for a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately the pool is not open year round, and the vending machines in the halls are empty.

Great hotel, my only compliant was that the restaurants did not have enough wait staff. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable welcoming. The spa staff was excellent. The Spa manager went above and beyong to accommodate me. .

No free shuttle service to the strip so budget in a couple cab drives daily. I found drivers courteous and cabs convenient they deserved their pay. But I resented the service charges at ATM. A 200.00 withdrawal cost me 315.00 with the exchange and the hefty service charge. Is it too much to ask for a free bottle of water in your hotel room. $8.00 US on the strip. With escalators not working I needed the water. We upgraded our room but extra cost was not worth it. I admit to being spoiled by the Niagara river and falls views That I’m accustomed to. In all fairness maybe the water price is relative. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Eating at a four star restaurant can cost you your months grocery bill. I’m not kidding. House wine at Gordon Ramsay’s cost 59.60US A GLASS be sure to check the wine list before ordering. Experience however was otherwise lovely. I realize I strayed my comments away from the property. This was my third stay at the Palms over many years. Vegas has allot to offer, Enjoy!
