Wonderful service, everyone working there was warm and friendly. At arrival, Romeo at the front desk was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate us , get us reservations at a restaurant and a late checkout.
The problems with this hotel unfortunately were the lack of restaurant options after 10:00 PM and the wait time to get a table at any restaurant. Always 40 mins or more because of the fact that they are short on staff. Restaurants had 2-3 servers at most.
There was also no business center, and it’s very dark, rooms lack lighting. Rooms are clean, but shower doesn’t have a door or curtain which makes it “different” to say the least. Not a bad place to stay, but there’s definitely some room for improvement, especially when it comes to dining and them being short staffed.
