Just ok, nothing great
The hotel is just ok in general. Expect to breathe in a lot of cigarette smoke during check-in, by the time I got up to my non-smoking room, my clothes reeked of smoke and I had to shower and change. Even though the outside temp was in the mid 80's, my room AC was set to heat, it took most of the first night to cool down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The biggest disappointment is that the staff has no idea where anything is. I asked a half dozen staff where the business center was and the all gave a different answer. After walking the entire first and second floors, I went back to the front desk and told one of the staff that they had lied to me about the business center location. They then admitted that they did not have a business center at all, only a pay as you go internet kiosk. To pick up a package, you have to visit the concierge whose main job is to sell show tickets to elderly tourists that can't make a decision. Expect a looooong wait in line just to pick up a package. The food at the 24 hour restaurant, Roxy's is ok, menu items are typically overpriced as most everywhere else in Vegas. Getting a seat is easy but expect a 10-15 minute wait for a cup of coffee. Because it's all union, the person that takes your order is not the person that delivers your order. If that person doesn't feel like hustling, you're going to wait. We also had to threaten to leave without paying just to get our bill. It's a shame the staff don't care about customer service.
