Enjoyed my stay here

Pros: Location
For the price and location (between the new strip and the old strip) this hotel is great. Would recommend this place to friends.

Good location. Poor very poor quality bathroom fittings. Noisy flush. Casino is good along with staff but rooms are of poor quality.

Good location, old furniture in room

Pros: Pools, location, price
Cons: their personel in the lounge pool
Casino is smelly, it is a nice hotel, nice pool. on 24th lounge, a bartender who was talking to the guard, told us that there was a minimum of 2 beverages consumption to be there, which was not true, after talking to the administration. She was also mean while tending the bar to us.

Disappointing

Posted 24-Apr-2017
Bad side of town, homeless everywhere, people from Diamond Resorts trying to send us to a timeshare seminar every time we walked by, room was dated, shower sucked. We even had to pay a resort fee for amenities we didn't even use. On the plus side, the top of the tower was pretty cool. Restaurant, observation deck, shopping, thrill rides. But all in all, I definitely won't be sleeping here again.

Just ok, nothing great

Posted 24-Apr-2017
Pros: Low cost.
Cons: The staff attentiveness, air quality on the first floor, climate control in the room set appropriately for the outside climate.
Location: You're in Vegas, everything is around you. If you need help finding things to do then you should probably just go back to Minnesota....
The hotel is just ok in general. Expect to breathe in a lot of cigarette smoke during check-in, by the time I got up to my non-smoking room, my clothes reeked of smoke and I had to shower and change. Even though the outside temp was in the mid 80's, my room AC was set to heat, it took most of the first night to cool down to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The biggest disappointment is that the staff has no idea where anything is. I asked a half dozen staff where the business center was and the all gave a different answer. After walking the entire first and second floors, I went back to the front desk and told one of the staff that they had lied to me about the business center location. They then admitted that they did not have a business center at all, only a pay as you go internet kiosk. To pick up a package, you have to visit the concierge whose main job is to sell show tickets to elderly tourists that can't make a decision. Expect a looooong wait in line just to pick up a package. The food at the 24 hour restaurant, Roxy's is ok, menu items are typically overpriced as most everywhere else in Vegas. Getting a seat is easy but expect a 10-15 minute wait for a cup of coffee. Because it's all union, the person that takes your order is not the person that delivers your order. If that person doesn't feel like hustling, you're going to wait. We also had to threaten to leave without paying just to get our bill. It's a shame the staff don't care about customer service.
