The hotel was nice and clean. It was a little far to walk to the Vegas strip, but we had a rental car.

Very nice hotel

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Pros: The cleanliness of the rooms and how comfortable the bed and the room was.
Cons: Can't think of anything they could improve on, it was a perfect stay.
Location: Location is fine because the bus goes up and down the strip all day, so I had access to anywhere on the strip I wanted to go!
I had no problems with this stay and the hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff were so helpful. I plan to stay there again when i go back to Vegas.

Terrible service

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Sat in the hallway for hours with sick wife inside. This place doesn't care about its guests until the upper management arrives. Wrong room. Bellhop not available due to being on call. Security thinks everything is a joke. This place ruined the first three days of my trip. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Great hotel, okay rooms, acceptable location

Posted 28-Sep-2016
Pros: Casino, tower, and bus links
Cons: The room were stayed in was a little out of date, could upgrade
Location: Pawn Stars shop is nearby, and the strip is nearby in the other direction. An ihop and denny's are also near which are good for breakfast
It's north of the main strip, but it's very accessible by bus which is reasonably priced, but also accessible on foot if you're happy to walk 25-30 minutes. The hotel casino is excellent, low minimums which help if you're gambling on a budget. The food options in the hotel are also somewhat varied and tasty. One of the main benefits of the hotel is the tower, though. It's free access and it provides unrivalled views, not to mentioned the great rides at the top. You'll be satisfied if you stay here!

Nice hotel, great staff.

Posted 28-Sep-2016
Pros: It's easy to get around and you can usually get to the machine you want.
Cons: More players kiosks would be helpful.
Location: They have a lot of exciting rides at the Stratosphere and it is not far from Fremont Street.
We had a great time at the Stratosphere (second stay ;^). Their slots were varied and the casino is not too big, so it's easy to get around. The Top of the World is a must do restaurant (get reservations), McCalls Grill is also really nice, the brunch buffet is great (Juan makes the best to order eggs), and Roxy's diner has a little bit of everything. Need to try the Italian restaurant next. The Vallet's are quick and always make sure you know how to get where you are going.

Hotel on the south end of the strip

Posted 28-Sep-2016
The south end of the strip is under development now so the area looks like a construction site with a couple of shady looking motels in the area. The bathroom in our room looked old or dirty or both. There was an emergency situation at the hotel and we didn't know what was happening until we watched the news. The hotel is big with on site restaurants, shops , shows and casino. They do have rides and a 360 view restaurant at the top but you don't have to be a guest to have access to these.
