When I checked in they couldn’t find the second room I under my name because it was separate from the first one, so it took awhile until she found it. And our TV didn’t work well it was all jumbled. And the second room my brother had to take a cold shower because there wasn’t any hot, other than that it .

Our stay at the Silverton was absolutely wonderful! Our room was fantastic, the hotel was impeccably clean, staff were friendly and professional and all of the amenities were top notch. We are already planning our next visit!

The property was great. I enjoyed the my room the price was reasonably. Im upset that i had to leave I played at the casino and wow money. Im definitely recommend this place to everyone.

* Bad experience. * Smoke was everywhere. * Hotel entrance was hard to find abs is in middle of the casino, so you are forced to walk through the casino everytime * room walls are thin, and you can hear guests in neighboring rooms making uncomfortable noises throughout the night. Dont take kids over * Self parking is not close by I will not advise you to stay at this place.

Only issue we had was the person upstairs running arounds for hours (we think a child left alone while parents gambled), but finally security came and took care of it

Upon check in, Taylor assisted us and she was friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good and the staff there was nice and friendly. Upon checkout, Mei said that we ate one of the snacks in our room and that we would be charged for it. There is a sign next to the snacks that makes it clear that if they are moved there will be a fee. We told her that we did not eat them and that one had tipped over. She said housekeeping would have to check to confirm so we sat down to wait. After about 5 minutes I asked if it would take much longer to verify. She said that there was only one housekeeper currently working and that they would be charging us now and providing a refund once it was confirmed that nothing was taken. Mei was unpleasant and unfriendly and should have advised us not to sit and wait to confirm. We did receive our credit for the snack in an email a week later. Our last interaction with Mei made us decide that we would not be returning for a future stay

Good property but would never stay again for the fact that they charge a 100 dollars a night for incidentals on top of the resort fee as well absolutely ridiculous

I am so sorry to hear that. It is quite common in Las Vegas to have that authorization due to the ability for guests to charge to the room.

We should have been notified the pool was closed, either on the website or checking in, it was never mentioned at all. When we inquired after checking in, we were told we could use the pool at the neighboring hotel , just show your key card and bring your own towel? Not what I expected. The hotel was not full and we were put in a room on the 5th floor as far away from the elevator as you could possibly be. My husband is slightly disabled. We booked thru Expedia, so maybe that was the reason, but we had stayed there before renovations,and didn’t have these issues. Parking garage is very far away from front desk! No handicapped parking by front of hotel was available.
