Refusal to come in and service room twice when requested. Incredibly claustrophobic bathroom (have to tetris myself into a space to shut the door to access the shower). Exorbitant "resort" fee even though this is absolutely not a resort. (No working pool, no provided meals, etc.). Noisy and unsightly construction around the entire property, with terrible access and poor road condition, with bad walking access as well, since you have to go entirely around the sites. This place was a joke for a hotel for the price, only thing that would've made it a 1 star review is if it shared the same critters as a motel 6, which it fortunately did not.

Loved the microwave and fridge option but disliked there was no free parking but that understandable because of the construction. The valet was awesome tho so it made it worth paying for

Loved that the room had a whole kitchen with every supply included.. it was nice and quiet didn’t hear any loud noise from next door rooms. It was close to walk to the strip that is a great convenience. The valet is very easy to order and quick service. They txt me to ask if I need to replenish anything from the room which was also so convenient. Awesome stay will definitely come back and recommend.

Family friendly pool with lower volume music. Very nice staff. One small suggestion would be that a small table & two chairs on patio would be perfect, & the prepackaged coffee was extremly bad! Will return.

Front desk staff totally lost the sense of customer service and visitor patience. Terrible way of orienting tourist through the check in process and hotel accommodations… added to the construction blocks, just made it all difficult. I would say that customer service was a huge flaw and total missed understanding to the business

Not a good experience with moving in and out of the property with all the construction. Lots of maintenance going on inside. I was expecting a better coffee shop inside or better station. I had to check out at 10am which is not industry standard and never got the towels I requested and few other housekeeping issues.

Overall my stay was wonderful! The staff is super friendly & helpful. The concierge gives you great recommendations on places to visit. Ruthe was absolutely AMAZING!! My only complaint would be the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong & dropped out constantly on the 21st floor, which is the floor I was on during my stay.

Family friendly clean premises. Visited with kids and we all had great time. Smooth checking in and out. Easy valet parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Received msgs to check on amenities replenishment. Walkable to strip with many shopping and dinning options. Enjoyed rooftop view and pool. There was construction but it didn’t bother us. Construction area was well lit and safe for pedestrians.

I did not like how they tell you they will take you on a tour and were your really going is to get scammed into a time share the fact that your deposit will come in 2-4 weeks and the 40 deposit for the tour wont get back till 4 days after they say right away and they lie be careful when your checking in other then that rooms are nice

Very clean and spacious, great view of the strip! The construction was slightly frustrating upon arrival, but nothing we didn’t quickly adapt to. Would definitely recommend for families!
