Not a lot of WOW

Posted 22-Apr-2018
One hour wait to check in--quite disappointing. Same to check out. Pool had way too few chairs to Service guests. Guests were lying down on the pool deck... Way smokier than any other hotel casino we visited All staff we encountered were amazing. Although hotel is in desperate need of a Reno, rooms were as clean as they could be

Great hotel to stay

Beautiful hotel. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone friendly there. I had no problems. I was given a room with a view.

Great location in center of strip

Posted 21-Apr-2018
Pros: Hotel is very well located in center of strip with views of Belagio fountains. Heated outdoor pool.
Cons: We had a Red room with Eiffel tower view on the 28th floor which was a little tired in places. Pool could be open longer hours - currently only 10-7.
Location: Go up the Eiffel tower, Explore the strip - Bellagio and Caesars also nearby. 40 minute drive to Hoover Dam visitor center.
We stayed for 1 night as a family of 4 at the end of a road trip. The hotel is in a good location to explore the strip, with great views from the rooms.

Great location

Posted 21-Apr-2018
The Paris Hotel was recommended by a friend whose been to Vegas several times. The location was certainly a plus. I upgraded my room so I could have a view, just like the advertised picture on Expedia. Not so, my 28th floor had a view of the roof tops. The furnishings were dated and scratched. This dismayed me considering the upgraded price. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was enormous with one small sink area with very little counterspace and it was cluttered with coffee, coffee maker, soaps, towels, etc. No place to put your stuff. All in all a good experience.

Come here a lot

Posted 21-Apr-2018
We visit Las Vegas every year for the past 4 years we have stayed at Paris. This year even though the staff was great we were disappointed in how it is starting to look rundown. Hey I know that Ceaser entertainment filed for bankruptcy a few years ago but I was hoping they would maintain the facilities. On a positive note the service hasn’t changed at all the staff was great and we had a waitress in the buffet named Roxanne who was the happiest most positive person I have ever experienced in customer service.

Perfect location!

The Paris Hotel is in the perfect location! Best area on the strip! We booked the basic king room and it overlooked the pool. Absolutely perfect! The hotel property is not far from the strip like some hotels. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near. We will definitely return!

Great location on the strip.

Posted 21-Apr-2018
Pros - Great location, wonderful breakfast at Le Village buffet, nice outdoor pool . Cons - The two identically described Red Rooms we stayed in were appointed differently and one of the rooms had several maintenance issues. Detached shower door handle & leaking plumbing in shower. I would have switched rooms, but our traveling companions just made the best of it and reported at checkout.

There are better hotels on the strip

Posted 20-Apr-2018
I’ve been to Vegas multiple times and it was my first time staying at Paris. I was surprised to find the hotel dated. The hallway leading to the room was gloomy and the walls peeling off. The room itself was also dark, not enough lighting. The carpet was stained. And the shower pressure was too strong, it almost hurt to take a shower. They also charge for parking, in which case they give you an option to use your key card for access to get in and out of the garage. But room key card never worked and had to complain to the front desk. the price point is the same as other hotels, I would stay at other hotels. The only con is it’s right in the center of the strip.

Needs a renovation

Rooms were old, staff was cranky, even dealers. Wasn’t impressed. They were not accommodating. Wouldn’t stay again.
