The smoke smell in casino area is way worse than other hotels. In our room shower, the hot water didn't work! And the key stopped working for the door even though I asked for late checkout. Housekeeping doesn't answer when you call for something either. Elevators don't always work.

More staff needed at the Hooters Restaurant. Only one person taking meal orders and one serving at 8:30 am which was prime breakfast time. We left after 20 minutes of being seated, and without our meal order yet taken. Great $1. Blackjack table in the casino! Very little drink service in the casino though and only 1 bar to get drinks from as this is a smaller casino.

We are not happy at all with your service. Called couple of times front desk. No body answer the phone at front desk. Need to go personally if any questions. Room was not cleaned properly when checked in. Next day also no body came to clean. Called but no one answered. Will not recommend anyone for this hotel.

Good value for the price. Good stuff: Within walking distance of the strip- the Park MGM and the T Mobile arena are especially close. The casino dealers are friendly and remind me of a time where people play the games for fun. Mark was a standout, great guy! Gave me directions and always greeted me. There's a Hooters restaurant and a Shake Shack inside the hotel. Even though I've never eaten at a Hooters before I was surprised by the courteous staff and the quality of the food. The shrimp tacos were delicious. The Bad Stuff: This hotel is old and definitely could use an update. The elevators are slow and small. The bathroom was my biggest issue. The facilities were below average, very little shower pressure and the tub was worn down. In my opinion the beds also were too firm.

This had to be the worse stay I think I have ever stayed at. Where do I start, I Booked and when I got in, I asked for purchase extra to upgrade (When I booked, It said the amenities but didn't have them) Wanted to have a microwave and fridge, The room (see photos) was disgusting and they wouldn't change our room or anything. Ice machine on our 18th Floor didnt work, Restaraunt was rude workers and didnt even bring us the food we orered. We (2 of us) got there before 4 other tables and I had to ask about our food and the waitress just said, "I dont know let me find it",

Started off by the front desk not being able to make us keys to our room so we had to ask for security to open our door. The room was so dirty the bathtub was unusable and the bathroom sink was leaking. The room did not have a deadbolt latch, only the deadbolt attached the the room key reader. Overall I would never stay here again, especially for the price we paid. There’s a reason they offer $1 blackjack 24/7… look elsewhere!

I had mediocre expectations due to the price of the room vs other properties, but OYO was simply very poor in cleanliness & the surrounding area was sketchy. The AC vents in the room was coated with a think layer of dust that look liked it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The walls, doors and furniture were very beat up and worn, all outlets were so loose that plugs just fell out, no USB outlets. The middle elevator had mechanical issues that caused it to advance past the selected floors and stop at the top, doors didn’t open for 5 mins. Took the stairs down 5 flights. Homeless sleeping in the adjacent parking lot. The Tropicana shouldn’t be the only building imploded in that area. Lesson learned, if it’s 1/4 of the cost per night vs MGM…stay at MGM or other. My fault, get what you pay for.

When we arrived we checked into 228 that did not seem to be cleaned...it was apparent, but we didn't complain knowing the status of hotel we chose. Our room was soaking wet, to the point of puddles, and our slider door was broken open. The door was not even on the slider, it was just propped up against our wall. We figured they purposely opened it due to the room stinking like wet dirty feet and the wet carpets. We called down to have them fix the slider door so we could sleep without having to worry about intruders but they never sent anyone and we ended up having to barricade the slider door with the extra furniture in the room. The next morn we had to call two more times for someone to come fix the door in which they sent three guys who just bolted the door to the wall, leaving the door still open but not movable. THEN we woke up the next morning to EVERYTHING on our floor SOAKING wet, beyond puddles.. we had to throw clothes and shoes away because they were dripping with yellow/brown water from just sitting on the ground over night. We tried to tell the front desk and they asked if they wanted me to have them send a housekeeper and I tried explaining it was much bigger than a housekeeper issue. After a hr there was a knock at the door and they told us we caused the room below us to leak because we showered too long. At this point we didn't even have a chance to shower? just overall dirty, unsafe, and unpleasant. I recommend staying at the motel 6 for the same experience.

My recent stay at the Oyo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas was quite enjoyable. The location is convenient, close to the Strip but not right in the middle of the chaos, which I appreciated. The room was comfortable and clean, albeit a bit dated. However, what really stood out to me was the complimentary coffee provided in the room. As a coffee enthusiast, I always appreciate a good cup, and the coffee provided here was surprisingly good! It helped kickstart my mornings before heading out to explore the city or hit the casino downstairs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was lively without being overwhelming. While there are certainly more luxurious options in Vegas, the Oyo Hotel and Casino offers good value for the price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent stay in Vegas without breaking the bank.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. My room's bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. The shower and area around the sink had mold all over. Even the TV remote was caked in grime. The parking garage did not feel safe to leave my car in. All the staff I interacted with seemed put off by my being there (i.e. check in, gift shop, etc.) I stayed here because of the great deal on price, but I should have known you get what you pay for. I will not stay here again, or recommend it to others.

There were hairs in the shower and area so I was too grossed out to take a shower. The whole feel of the property was that it wasn't safe for a single, senior woman though nothing bad happened. It seemed like the hotel/casino could be haunted, though nothing.happenrd.that way either. I did open Google and did a search once I got home for ghosts here but nothing much came up.

After arriving in the structure, the button for the elevator was hanging out on the floor by its wires. After finding front dest check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Found my room easily and was able to settle in quickly. Not sure if one of the elevators for floors 2 wasn’t working but waiting 10 minutes for it to finally open. When I returned, the elevator to go up was fine but coming back down, the elevator wasn’t coming. I tried to take the stairs but the stairwell doesn’t go down to first floor. There isn’t clear instructions on where to go to find a stairwell that goes back down to the first floor so I had to wait another 10 minutes before getting into the elevator to go down. The next day I found a staff member that showed me where the stairwell to the first floor is. Without the help from staff member showing me the stair well, I would have not found the stairs. To me, that is a major fire hazard and was terrifying not knowing a way down without the elevator. There should be some kind of signs or something to show where the stairwell down is and something to let people know that stairwell doesn’t have access to the first floor. Other than that issue, my stay was good.

Only one of three elevators working was an inconvenience when on the 15th floor and having to wait 10 min on average and being piled in elevator with as many people as would fit due to long waits and everyone wanting on.

The room I booked on Expedia was not available and I did not get a email or call. My room never got cleaned even after I asked toilet was leaking and never got fixed I was promised a room change and was never called . Bottom feed hotel worst experience.

Only disappointment was, you did not have the sprts channels included in the tv listing and your elevator was bad. Got stuck when i was trying to leave. Kept going up.took about 15min to get to first floor. Was a result i missed the first half of my soccer tournament game. I was the "goalie".
