Excellent stay overall. Bedding were nice, clean and crisp. Some furniture shows some wear but well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping as everything was kept super clean which I find rare as a property ages. It’s a hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk to the action.

Look no further as this Waldorf Astoria is amazing. Very quiet and classy hotel with the amenities. I was there 4 days and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location on the strip! This hotel is upscale, quiet, and has incredible rooms. If you are looking to be on the strip by all the action but want to come back to a non bustling cigarette smelling casino this is your spot. The zen restaurant also had great dinner with amazing views

We waited 2 hours to get our 2 suites, then 45 minutes to get luggage. We missed the opening of the Springsteen Concert. The room smelled musty. Overall, it was horrible for a huge amount of money. We ended up only receiving 1 suite and a standard room. They credited us $100. ??? Completely a joke and embarrassing for me, my client, and his wife.

This hotel is on the “Strip” but tucked away so the perfect place to have a little calm and quiet after being out on the town. The fact that it does not have a casino was a positive for me.

The hotel is nice, it’s quiet without the casino crowds and it’s very close to shopping, dining and shows, easy to walk to many places. However, the service is not 5 star, I would say it’s more like 4 stars when it comes to overall service. For example, one day our room wasn’t cleaned. The cleaning lady came at 9:00 am but we were sleeping, tired from the night before, so we left the room around 12:00 noon and came back at 6:00 to get ready for dinner and a show and the room had not been cleaned. The front desk told us that they had been very busy that day but that’s not a valid excuse to leave a guest room unmade. Many things took too long when we asked them to do something. The concierge staff was excellent in planning our dinners and shows, great recommendations and friendly manner.

The property and amenities are impressive. However, I faced a challenging situation with a specific front desk staff member who seemed biased against me. In short, when attempting to extend my stay, she claimed the hotel was fully booked, conflicting with information I would later obtain online and through my husband who called the reservation line. This inconsistency left me disheartened. Although I eventually booked additional nights through another staff member, the experience has left me unsure of booking again in the future.

Small compared to the casino hotels but excellent rooms, great views & extremely convenient. Walk right out of the hotel to one of the sky bridges or the strip. Several dining options in house but close to so much more. Rooms were impeccable & bed was soft..

A massive let down
What an huge let-down this stay was. We used to frequent the hotel when it was the Mandarin Oriental. After we heard about the changes we we’re excited. We were expecting updates and upgrades, new furniture, new ANYTHING. Besides the lobby nothing on this property has changed. The room was identical to what it looked like years ago and is showing so many signs of wear. The cabinet doors were falling off our mini bar and TV stand. They couldn’t even be bothered to change the name of the restaurant “Zen kitchen”……steer clear of this property

The good, the bad, and the ugly
My room was never cleaned, despite assurances by housekeeping in writing. They closed their signature strip overlook bar at Nine pm, a shocking decision in Las Vegas. The breakfast at the Zen Cafe was excellent both mornings. The property is in good condition- the service is pathetic for a Waldorf Astoria.

Bedding and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress was too soft and the pillows hard. Comparing to others IHG group hotels, this was the poorest sleep I have experienced. Limited in-room dining options. There was desk chair provided, but there was no coffee table or armchair.

I do travel a lot and have stayed at many high end properties. This particular Waldorf Astoria property was the nicest one yet. I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to upgrade to a 3,000 sq ft suite which was breathtaking. I would only stay here when visiting last vegas.

The propwas tucked away off the strip but still great walking distance to everytging. The staff was absolutely wonderful let me tell you I felt like a queen the way everyone eas treating me here i highly recommend and cannot wait to stay there again!

Junior suites located close to noisy elevators, with no options according to staff. Standard rooms are not sound proof and will hear every other guest next to or above your room, like some cheaply built hotels. For the price point, definitely not worth it.
