Cleaning staff friendly. Hotel reeked of Marijuana. Our room smelled so bad of cigarettes that it brought on an Asthma attack. Host at desk was rude

We are sorry that you're not happy during your stay, I tried my best to look for a way to move you to a non-smoking room but it was a sold out day and that was the reason why you had to book the smoking room because we run out of non-smoking, we apologized for the inconvenient. we still hope to see you again soon.

The room was decent for the price. I would put the room on the same level as a good Motel 6. The staff were friendly and professional. Good amount of security presence on the property. Great casino and sports bar, Ojos Locos, for Spanish speaking customers. However, gringos are welcome too. Ojos Locos is the Latin version of Hooters.

Better than what it once was by another name. The room felt outdated but I was there to sleep and not to throw a party. Would definitely stay here again if I was given the same low rate. I really enjoyed the Mexican ambiance of the casino and was enjoying the tunes that were playing.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very outdated. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled fairly recently. Overall felt like a Motel 6 type vibe from back in the old days. Room smelled fine but hallways smelled terribly of smoke and pot. Not many things offered in the area. We tried to go to a nearby grocery bc we forgot some items but the shelves were bare. Attached restaurant/casino had good food but definitely not “family friendly”.

I wished it had a public computer room where we could have printed our boarding passes. The waitress Karla, seemed uninterested in serving us. We had to ask a bus girl where she was so she could give us our check to leave. The people in the front check out, were really nice to us. She had short hair. Always a smile.

The staff was friendly, my room was clean, and I never had an issue with parking. If you're looking for a hotel off the strip, I would definitely check this place out. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

There was a lot of noise in the room next door the staff was great friendly just not an environment I would go to again… I’m pretty sure a car was stolen that night and just a lot of noise coming from the room next door banging of what sounded like large items being thrown knocking and all night. Nothing was done and the beds were really uncomfortable my and my husbands back were in a lot of pain in the morning between that and the noise it was difficult to sleep. But it was clean and workers were friendly.

I had a great stay at Hotel Jefe. The best part was that the parking was easy, the room was cozy, great amenities, there's a casino downstairs and Ojos Locos. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Thanks!

This is one of the best values in vegas and has south of the border vibe and the staff is friendly and attentive. The neighborhood around it is not good but security is vigilant when it comes to not letting the neghborhood characters negatively impact guests.

The rooms were very good. Recently renovated. But the entrance to hotel and front of building were very scary at night. Looks super shady and I was very concerned. But everything went well, especially since the rooms were so clean and it ended up being safe. Security on property. Coming in at night, you don’t even see signs for hotel, only the casino. Very dark registration area. They should fix that. I was initially terrified to get out of Uber after long flights, late at night. Looks much better in day light! StAff very nice and helpful!
