Upon check-in Thursday afternoon, the lady was very nice, she explained that there were upgrades happening, and the water was off until 4 o’clock. That’s understandable because upgrades are good, unfortunately, the next morning at about 10:15 AM, I was in the shower with a conditioning mask on my hair when the water went off again. When I called the front desk, I was told that that I’ve been given a notice upon check-in telling us the water would be off Friday too, which did not happen. The water was restored at 4pm. Aside from that our linen was dirty we had to get that changed, it appeared to be stained with makeup and mold. And the hard sell from the timeshare staff was really aggressive. From the beginning, we explained , we were not interested in a timeshare but we were interested in making $150 for 90 minutes of our time. 130 minutes later give or take five minutes after three separate salesman tried to sell to us aggressively we went to get our reward for giving them our time, and their computer was down . Four hours later we received a call that the computers were up and they would be open for another 30 minutes so we can come pick up our money. All around I would not choose to stay at a Holiday Inn resort again.
