Stayed here to attend a conference at the Venetian. I did a lot of walking back and forth, but this hotel had much more affordable rates. The casino is pretty old.

Great location

Great location, great upgrade. Weird air conditioning system! The HVAC system kept switching from cold to hot on its own.. we set the A/C to 65... it would get to 67 then kick the heater on. If I had a choice on the system.. it should just turn off once the temp is reached. If I wanted heat I can walk to the system! We loved the high flush table, easy game and won about 1500 and played for around 7 hours.. fun and entertaining! I wish the hotels on the strip were slightly more family friendly... why not have a kid zone where the parents could drop off for 3-4 hours so they could catch a show or go to dinner?

Used to really love staying here.

This used to be our go-to place to stay on the strip without a doubt! But after the experience we had during our stay this time around, I don’t plan to return. When we first arrived the security lock on our door didn’t lock. I called and reported it, they were then sending engineering to come up to fix it. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called again letting them know my husband and I didn’t feel comfortable unpacking because our room didn’t lock and engineering hasn’t came up yet. I then let the hotel staff know we were on a tight schedule and had to start getting ready to head to a wedding. I requested another room and she said that wasn’t possible because they were already 100% committed and she was sure engineering was able to fix the lock (and he did). My room was practically broken down, M1060. Very unpleasant looking, dark, windows stained and dirty, ac very loud, bathroom falling apart, to floors, walls, and counter chipping, counter tops not cleaned and stained, hair in the bathtub, lights flickering, and rust all around! We definitely didn’t feel comfortable during our stay but dealt with it since we had no other options due to our tight itinerary. All in all, we will not be returning here when we vacation in Las Vegas, unless we are guaranteed our room to be like all our previous experiences. Overall, very unsatisfied and disgusted.

The view was nice but no fridge no microwave

Posted 20-Nov-2017
When i called before check in i asked how much total would i need to pay at check in the woman said 340 and i asked how much of that would be returned she said 340 however at check out i was told i wouldnt be getting my deposit back because of a 34 resorr fee and 10 per day parking fee...the resort fee is unfair because the pool was closed and i didnt use internet ,guest service or the fitnesd center!

Centrally located on the Strip.

Pros - Centrally located on the Las Vegas strip. Cons - Horrible dinner buffet at Flavors. Would be nice to have a bathtub in the room.

Room from hell

Posted 20-Nov-2017
Pros: Nice cleaning lady.
Cons: A lot!
Location: Good location, but not worth what we had to go through in getting a room when we had a paid resv.
Late flight, got to ck in at 2am, had resv for non smoking king upscale room, given key and directions to a run down tower floor 10, got off elevator, horrible smell carpet and walls very nasty. Found room scared to open it was so filty. Oh my god room was so gross it just made us sick, two double beds and one night stand with all the varnish gone,, carpet spills, sheet for top cover on beds had not been washed, You can imagine the bathroom, I could only look in from the door. Went back to clerk, told us computers were down and could not change our room keys?? Spoke to manger, his words were that the entire tower was going to be renovated soon and every room in that tower was the same run down, I asked him to go to the room with us, that if he could see how bad it was, he would not rent such a room, he said he already new! Was told to go gamble and computers would be back up in about 2hrs., hello, we needed sleep. Checked back at 5 am, told to wait til 7am. At 7 am told check out was 11am and would get room as soon as cleaned. Checked back at 10am was told they had us a room. Mgr. promised to give us a credit for the night plus the rest of our stay since we had pd in advance. So tired, two days ruined. So far no refund and would be surprised if we rec, anything. Had to pay all resort and parking fees before checking out. Mgr. was not to be found. Room we finally got was ok but still did not look like the room we purchased on line.
