Nice hotel

The hotel itself was nice, but I did the express check in online and once I got to the hotel the express check in kiosk would not scan my ID and therefore I had to wait in line anyway. Also the room and view I had reserved was not the room and view that I received.

Not worth the money!

Hotel staff are, let's be nice and say, lazy. Waitresses hovering around tables not slots so hard to get service.......checking in & out were lengthy & sel-vhecinks/outs kiosk's don't work.

Pros: The fifth person we spoke to, was able to help.
tried to get info about staying until 2:00 pm on our last day, before we left I called, when we arrived, told to call day manager, called, told to call the morning we were leaving, no day manager, I called and was told 150.00 to stay until 4:00, again did not get put through to the day manager? I was never told the rate?? I got frustrated and called back, I was told they could give me a noon check out, no day manager to speak too. Final straw my husband went to the desk and complained, now he has health issues and that is the reason we wanted the 2:00 check out, so in the end they let us have the room until 2:00, but it took way to much calls, etc. No hot water, bathroom door kept sticking, so don't shut it your you cannot open it again!

Cons: Amenities need to be upgraded.
The staff was pleasant even though I didn't really deal with them. I checked in with a kiosk and the only time I talked to an employee was when I went to my room and my keys didn't work. Carpet is terrible.

Vegas is expensive if you want to stay on the strip. Staying on the strip is convenient. Harrah's is in a good location to walk the area. I recommend it. I do think the resort fees are an rip off where ever you stay.

Nice casino and no more

Pros: Lobby and casino
Cons: It's impossible to do something in this old building Magri Tower
Location: Location is the best, just in the middle of strip. Very many interesting things nearby
There is no enough plase in cloth cabinet, bathroom equipment didn't work correct (shower couldn't be off). Conditioner became work only after repairing. Walls very thin so it was very noisy

Pros: Location.
Cons: All of the checkin staff need to be examined on customer services.
Location: good location - center of the Stripe
We booked three rooms and the new Wing is ok but the check-in staff are the worst which make the experience NO GOOD. Need to have better staff at check in. Also the internet is so slow when we have to paid for them...
