We have stayed at pretty much every property on the Strip at this point. I was happy that Harrah's had been updated since we last stayed there. The rooms were fairly nice (bathrooms not laid out well, but clean and stylish) however, I was charged twice for parking - once on my room and then my room key wouldn't allow me out of the parking garage so I had to pay again to exit. The parking garage was a nightmare to begin with - there is a ton of construction going on and it was difficult to navigate for sure. The front desk attendant gave us improper instructions on how to get to our room and we had to ask an employee where to find the proper elevators to get to our room. Then, the room numbers do not match the floor numbers, leading to more confusion. I do like to location of this property; however, I will not likely chose to stay here again due to all the confusion and disorganization.
