Great Location, great pool but overcrowded ...
We were a group with 3 rooms total. Two GO rooms and a Fab room. The Fab room has been updated since my last stay. The room area I should say is updated, clean and pleasant. The bathrooms are clean but dated, with blistered paint on the ceiling. Overall acceptable, although the elevators in the Habitat tower could really use a remodel.
The Go rooms are more pleasant and equipped with a coffee maker and mini fridge. The bathroom is more modern than in the Fab rooms. But these rooms haven't been updated in quite a few years so they show some wear and tear. We had 2 of these rooms, one with a king and the other with 2 queens. The king room was in better condition then the queen room so I imagine the condition of these rooms vary depending on the level of abuse they've suffered over the years.
The location of the hotel on the strip really couldn't be better. Very central. The food we had was also good. We enjoyed Margaritaville for breakfast. It is outdoors with a view on the strip, it was nice to get out of the air conditioning. Prices were also fair with choices from $9.99 to $14.99
Salads and sandwiches by the pool restaurant were also good and reasonable but I can't say the same thing about the drinks which were very pricey - but normal for Vegas, stick with the beers ....
The pool area was very nice but very crowded. Hard to find chairs if you didn't get down by 11:30. Forget finding one in the shade unless you're down very early. Overall good for the price paid.
