Great Location, great pool but overcrowded ...

Posted 30-Jul-2016
Cons: Elevators need service! Many were not working so there were long waits.
We were a group with 3 rooms total. Two GO rooms and a Fab room. The Fab room has been updated since my last stay. The room area I should say is updated, clean and pleasant. The bathrooms are clean but dated, with blistered paint on the ceiling. Overall acceptable, although the elevators in the Habitat tower could really use a remodel. The Go rooms are more pleasant and equipped with a coffee maker and mini fridge. The bathroom is more modern than in the Fab rooms. But these rooms haven't been updated in quite a few years so they show some wear and tear. We had 2 of these rooms, one with a king and the other with 2 queens. The king room was in better condition then the queen room so I imagine the condition of these rooms vary depending on the level of abuse they've suffered over the years. The location of the hotel on the strip really couldn't be better. Very central. The food we had was also good. We enjoyed Margaritaville for breakfast. It is outdoors with a view on the strip, it was nice to get out of the air conditioning. Prices were also fair with choices from $9.99 to $14.99 Salads and sandwiches by the pool restaurant were also good and reasonable but I can't say the same thing about the drinks which were very pricey - but normal for Vegas, stick with the beers .... The pool area was very nice but very crowded. Hard to find chairs if you didn't get down by 11:30. Forget finding one in the shade unless you're down very early. Overall good for the price paid.

Sauberes, rennoviertes Zimmer, perfekte Lage.

Posted 30-Jul-2016

Very well located, but facilities not so good

Posted 30-Jul-2016
Good: - located very close to all the great casinos - between north and south rim - direct monorail connectivity - very close to high roller - outside ambience very good - strip view from room is amazing, we could watch bellagio fountain from the room. Not so good: - wifi did not work - elevators are slow and old - nothing in room- no water, fridge or microwave - spring bed made kwiki sound - not a big fan of pink color. U will find it everywhere.

Pros: Der Ausblick
Cons: Roomservice bitte eher

An Experience of a Lifetime

Posted 28-Jul-2016
This was an experience of a lifetime we will never forget. My husband and children, along with myself will remember this trip in our old age. Everything was nice, organized, friendly and safe at the Flamingo. We enjoyed the Strip, Red Roc Mountains, food, and drinks. This was our first trip to Vegas and we will be returning next year.
