Better options on the strip

Posted 09-Feb-2016
At check-in, I found the employees to be quite young, unprofessional and disinterested (the manager included). The young lady that checked me in was more interested in talking to her fellow employees about her schedule and when she would get paid next than being attentive to the guest checking in. I noticed that the check-in was pretty much always forever long when I would walk through. The elevator situation was abysmal with not only long wait times (Superbowl weekend) but scary with the elevators not stopping level with the floors on several occasions and in different elevator cars. So, I took the stairs down once. My room was near the top of the hotel. It was disgusting what I saw in the stairwell. Filth. Walls punched in. Garbage. Walls sprayed with I can only guess red wine because I don't want to believe it was blood. Old beer cans left behind that had been made into pipes for smoking weed (or something else). And they charge a resort fee. Just $32 per day. Hah!

Hotel in the middle of the strip

Posted 09-Feb-2016
I am very upset with this hotel because they charged me for some stupid phone calls and when I asked to speak to the manager she was extremely rude! If you ever have a reason to use the phone, don't because they charge $40 for 3 minutes. Unbelieveable! The staff at the hotel are beyond rude and don't want to help. At the time of my complain I wasn't the only one, so we're a few other people. Won't ever stay at this hotel again.

Classic and famous, great food but old.

Posted 09-Feb-2016
Classic and famous, great food but old. Basic rooms. Ours was fine. Most of our family had issues with their rooms. Faucets leaking. Tubs not draining. Heat not working correctly. The casino itself is very very smoky.

Beautiful wedding Venue

Posted 09-Feb-2016
Pros: Rooms and Resturants
Cons: Looser slots and better gaming experience.
Location: Caesar's, Fashion mall, tons of things to do within walking distance.
My daughter was married here in February 2016. Well organized and beautiful, so worth the stay by itself. We are Vegas regulars, and usually stay on the Strip, so we're very familiar with the all the Casinos, but found the Flamingo to be a little dated and not the most generous of payers. Dealers, however, were very pleasant. The rooms are quite nice. We had a FAB King while the Bride and Groom had a GO King. Both were very clean and comfortable. The FAB had lovely wood floors with the traditional amenities, and the GO had a unique bathroom with a frosted glass wall, walk in shower and TV in the mirror. Lastly, the restaurants at the Flamingo were great. Love the Center Cut, but even the food court and buffet were worth visiting.

It took too long to check in and check out there

Posted 09-Feb-2016
Pros: close to strip
It was good experience you should put lock on bathroom door for privacy, you should also add staff for quick check in and out, there was too long lines and all guests were getting upset with long wait.
