5 star hotel, 1 star service

Posted 17-Feb-2017
8am construction, working going in and out of our room leaving the door open while we were still checked in and using the room. The hotel itself was very nice, but my experience there was horrible. The moment my party arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by someone trying to sell us a timeshare. Before we could check in we had already spent 15 minutes repeatedly turning down a timeshare tour. The morning we were supposed to check out, we were woken up at 8am by hammering, drilling, sawing, and just a cacophony of power tools. I called down to the front desk and the woman was very polite and said she would find out what's going on and call me back. And hour later no one has called me back, and the construction just kept getting louder. I call down again and was greeted by the same woman who told me maintenance was changing locks and there's nothing they can do about it. That's fine, they have to do their jobs. But then before 11 we get a call from the desk informing us that maintenence was outside our room and needed to change the locks right now. We're annoyed but we're assured that it was a quick process, so we ask for a later check out and was denied and told latest checkout is at 11, which is not true because our friends in the ne,the room were given 12pm. I explain this the person on the line and the fact that there are strangers going in and out of our room so we havent been able to shower, she sounded noticeably annoyed, put me on hold and came back on to tell me 12 wa

Amazing rooms attached to Miracle Mile Mall.

Posted 15-Feb-2017
Pros: The rooms were amazing.
Cons: Parking, parking, parking!!!
This is a large and beautiful property attached to the Miracle Mile shopping mall. Our room was impressive with window shades that opened when we opened the door to enter the room revealing floor to ceiling windows of the lights of the strip. We stayed in a junior suite with a separate bedroom and living space. It was spacious with 3 televisions including the one in the bathroom. The bed was really comfy. Loved the rainshower head in the shower. Our only complaint was the parking and it was terrible. This hotel shares the parking garage with the shopping mall and other hotels. We could have used valet parking for $15/day but chose to self park. Winding through the parking maze to get to the correct area was tricky and took a few tries. The parking garage lacks clear signage. Then finding a parking spot took circling around a few times waiting for someone to leave. We ended up walking a long ways to the hotel entrance. There are no restaurants inside the hotel (there is a Starbucks). For dining, we went into the shopping mall. There is easy access to walking the strip. You have to walk through the shopping mall and that exits out to the strip.

Förstklassigt hotell nära Bellagiofontänen

Posted 13-Feb-2017
Pros: Se ovan.

Beautiful hotel close to the strip!

Posted 12-Feb-2017
This is my third time staying here and each time has been amazing. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Four of us stayed in a one bedroom suite, which includes a living room, kitchen and bedroom! We never got in each other's way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in Vegas, on the strip without the hassle of having to pass through a casino, but yet being connected to Planet Hollywood and the Million Mile Mall.

Always a good time at Elara

Posted 12-Feb-2017
Pros: Room size and on the strip
There was a slight problem with the name on the registration but the front desk was able to get it all figured out in a timely manner.

Nice Hotel.

Posted 10-Feb-2017
I really enjoyed my stay at Elara, nice staff. Very clean. Only thing I disliked is the fact they offered a time share or a meal credit in Vegas, & they felt some type of way when I didn't purchase the Hilton properties. Other than that I like the hotel.

Für 225€ pro Nacht gibts deutlich bessere Hotels

Posted 22-Jan-2017
