Remodeled room was great

Posted 20-Apr-2018
The room was remolded room was nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There was an offer to not have housekeeping come into clean during your stay and you a ten dollars a day to use in the selected restaurants. I opted for that then had to fight to get it at check out!!! I would not do that again Cesar's is very sneaky with there offers. Final not if you self park it 12.00 and you have to walk all the way to Paris to get your car. Be I good shape alot of walking!!!!

Nice hotel one block of strip

Posted 20-Apr-2018
Pros: Stall was so kine and friendly and always ready to assist.
Cons: From our three night stay nothing other than get rid of $20.00 credit for giving up housekeeping.
Location: Location was good near tram and RTC could get you where one wanted to go also within walking distance of out of motel dining choices.
Excellent check in and out times, thought was $20.00 credit for giving up 3 days of housekeeping for meals charged to room was unmateral for prices of food with credit did not bring down cost enough to justify. Cost of room delivery to room of additional $8.00 seemed again unnessary to bring the total cost to a point where making it more for guest to go outside of motel to dine. Had slight problem with shower door and hot water water taking a long time to reach 12th floor but prob was taken care of immediately and courestly upon reporting..

Jubilee suite

Posted 20-Apr-2018
We stayed at the jubilee suite for 4 nights we where celebrating our 10 year anniversary and my husbands birthday. When we got to the hotel the room wasn't ready we had to walk around for two hours waiting. When we finally got the room I liked the room it was nice and clean. However I opened my blinds and boom there was the Paris hotel I was so mad because when we purchased on Expedia it said strip view. I even called the hotel before to make sure they assured me it was. I went downstairs they said if you look over to you right you can see the strip! Omg really anyhow we stayed there the first night the toilet was leaking from the bottom they had to come fix it next morning. We had to pay 20 dollars a day for valet. Oh and internet isn't included in resort fee. Also we went to the pool they didn't allow alcoholic beverages I mean it's Vegas! Oh but they have a bar at the pool so if you want to drink u can you just have to pay for it. Overall I liked the room I wish I could've had more privacy like not having to keep the blinds closed all weekend what's the point of paying for a view if you can't enjoy. I will not be returning yo this hotel we usually stay st the Wynn but I wanted to try something new. Lesson learned

Noisy room

Posted 20-Apr-2018
First room I had was next to noisy elevators. Moved to another room. In the second room I had, facing the Paris Hotel, I heard music coming through the windows until 3am. I never had that problem in previous stays, probably because I was in a different tower room. .

Cheap and I got what I paid for

Posted 19-Apr-2018
Arrival was good but they installed new kiosks with no real direction they were there. Whole place still smells like a 70s casino with the smell of smoke. Valet were rude and not well marked for what lanes to go into. While I was waiting in line one valet yelled at me as though I was stupid. When I complained to the next valet after moving, he didn’t apologize but said he needed me to just move. Every door leading in has pushy windhym timeshare employees. The midweek rate though was cheap and was almost the same price as the resort fee. We go to Vegas about every 6 months and this was the first time at Ballys will not go back.

Resort fees must go!

Posted 19-Apr-2018
Resort fee of $39 per night for a gym i didnt use, HORRIBLE WIFI and phone use when everyone had cell phones? Ridiculous. And $4.50 for bottled water...seriously??? Hotel was nice but tjere should be a rule against price gouging lime this. Next time i will stay off strip.
