Only good thing about this hotel is the location
I have been to Vegas many times & stayed at countless hotels. Didn't have a particularly good experience in Bally's. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures advertised in Expedia. They were old & outdated. The bed wasn't comfortable and sagged on one end due to overuse. There was very little water pressure in the shower, hot water came and went. There were hammering and construction sounds early in the morning for 4 of the 5 nights we stayed. We were given no notice or warning of construction prior to check-in or when booking the reservation. The last night being the loudest and most annoying, especially since the sounds started between 8:00-9:00 am in the morning. We only had our room made 1 of the 4 other nights we stayed in the hotel, even though we left the room around noon. We called room service to make sure the room was made the 3rd and 4th nights, but when we came back at night it still wasn't made. The final straw came when they wouldn't even let us have a later checkout time, not even by an hour. I have stayed at the majority of the hotels in Las Vegas and I don't know if I have ever had a worse experience. The only reason we chose this hotel, other than the location was because the price was reasonable, but that's not saying much since we were there for CES and the rooms are usually at least triple or quadruple the regular going rate. Lastly, we were also charged $10 a day for parking a rental car. But I'm told that most Las Vegas hotels now charge for parking.
