We stayed at Aria 7 years ago. At that time the room tech was great, but now it’s showing its age. The room tablet especially was excruciatingly slow.

We stayed 3 nights. It was a nice property. We felt safe. Staff was ok. The fridge in our room did not work. We let the company that refills the fridge know, but they did nothing. (We didn’t remove anything.) Then there was a burning smell that was so bad the maintenance man made us evacuate and he opened our door. This was after repeated calls. It took over an hour to have someone come and even help move rooms. This was our last night and we simply received waved resort fees (NOT included in the Expedia prices). Lines were too long to really talk to someone who cared. Such a damper on our trip. Several hours taken from our short getaway, and they couldn’t have cared less or tried to make it better. (The bellhop and concierge were helpful!)

Been here a few times. Room was a bit more run down than. What I’ve seen in the past. Nowhere near as polished a room. Requested a joining rooms 7 months in advance and couldn’t have them - our rooms were at the end of two separate wings. At check in asked to pay extra to upgrade and was told there were no options but the hotel was not very busy compared to past visits. Our rooms were on the 6th floor no no view at all. Again no flexibility to upgrade. Spoke with staff member casually and they noted that for non-direct bookings (ie through discount sites like Expedia) especially if they are on sale through them as our rooms were that you will likely be given the worst rooms and this was the case.

Did not like that we could not use our fridge since it was full of booze that had sensors on it that if moved we were charged for it...no microwave, no coffee pot...were the farthest away from the elevator as possible...won't be staying at aria again anytime soon

It was a wonderful surprise to get a free upgrade to a suite with VIP lounge access. Unfortunately my suite was not cleaned properly. Housekeeping came each day, but pretty sure just to make the bed and replace towels. The waste basket had blood on it, mysterious hairs in the sink/bathtub, and very dirty bathroom floor. The blackout shade was broken as well.

If you’re going to Vegas there’s no reason to stay anywhere else. Everything at Aria was amazing. The restaurants were fantastic, the amenities were great, and they have a fantastic spa area.

I had to pay resort fees at check-out even though I thought they were covered when I paid through Expedia. Check-in took 30 minutes longer and then they gave me two room numbers. It took even longer to check out on a Friday morning after a conference with over 30K attendees in town and there were only 3 people working the front desk.

Staff is friendly. Place is beginning to look rundown. Stains in room carpet. Furniture looking worn. And the whole idea of being charged for everything they can is becoming insulting. At one point there was a young man hanging in the hallway all morning long and afternoon. I don’t think security ever noticed. Curious to about these two beautiful metal Chinese dragon sculptures out in front of the entrance. Not sure if it was intentional or vandalism. The eyes were painted red. Which looked to be cheap red paint and smudging looking. Like a fourth grader painted them with their fingers.

For years we stay in the Aria Hotel and always had a great experience. The check-in service was excellent, but the room service was terrible. They assigned us a great room. The toilet was not clean in the room and the blackout curtains did not work. We called the front desk 3 times and were told that they sent a maintenance tech up to get it fixed, but no one showed up! We had to move the electric curtains manually. We are not used to a bad service at the Aria. Not sure what changed. Other than that, the stay was good.
