"I never check in the taxi driver did not want to go down the road to hotel. He said it was dangerous and advised me not to stay the I had to stay at a different hotel. Try to contact someone at Expedia several times. And was not able to. The worst customer service ever this is the 2nd time I booked on this site and the same problem. Did not get my problem resolved and lost my money. You guys just robbed me Worst experience. "

"We had an absolutely amazing and lovely stay at this beautiful home just outside Cartagena. If you're looking for true privacy, peace, and relaxation, this is the place. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest, and the pool and terrace area are simply perfect for unwinding.The property is exactly as described—spotlessly clean, serene, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool terrace bbq is perfect! Just a 2-minute walk to a stunning, practically private beach (we only saw two other people far down the shore the entire time). The on-site staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy, and Charles, the host, was always responsive within minutes—an absolute pleasure to communicate with.As others have mentioned, it’s a 30-minute drive into Cartagena, but we were fully aware of that and honestly glad we made that choice. We felt completely safe and loved the calm, peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle.The highlight of our trip was without a doubt Chef Ana—her food was outstanding! We also used Alonso’s driving services and are so thankful we did—he was safe, reliable, and incredibly flexible with all of our adventures, including our favorite outing to San Felipe. Also, a day trip to the Rosario Islands is a must. We recommend Pao Pao and Alonso can help facilitate this.Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.
