Inside, you will find a fully equipped private kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with streaming services, washing machine, dryer, and all the amenities you need for a worry-free stay. The property is on the second floor without a lift (equivalent to a first floor plus six steps), but once inside, you will enjoy a fully accessible space.



Just a few steps away, the famous Playa de Las Canteras awaits you, ideal for strolling, water sports, or simply relaxing with the sea breeze.



Right next to the property is the Belén María bus station, making transfers from the airport and to any point on the island easy. You will also be next to the Las Palmas port, so if you arrive by boat to Gran Canaria, you can walk to the property without complications.



Public parking in the area is accessible, and if you travel with an electric car, you will find nearby charging points available for an extra fee.
