Supermarkt, Parkhaus, Restaurants aller Qualitätsstufen fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausstattung: bis auf einen Haartrockner ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden, selbst Ersatzlampen und Batterien für diverse Fernbedienungen. Die Qualität der Ausstattung entspricht der Herkunft, fast alles vom Blau-Gelben Riesen aus Schweden. Zustand: nicht wirklich sauber, Küchenfront und Schubladen, Geschirr, Besteck, Schubladen im Kleiderschrank bedurften einer 2 stündigen Überholung. Kürzung der Endreinigung wurde akzeptiert.
