With a privileged location, close to restaurants and supermarkets, it has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Gran Canaria. This spacious apartment is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for up to 5 people and Wifi fibre internet, ideal for teleworking. With three cosy bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, 32" Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a sofa-bed and the last one has a single bed. With two full bathrooms in total, fully equipped open concept kitchen with dining table where you can have breakfast. It has a spacious living-dining room, with an area designed for relaxation, consisting of a comfortable sofa and a 55" Smart TV. With an unbeatable location, just a few minutes walk from the impressive Las Canteras Beach, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and the main points of interest of the capital, with easy connection to the motorway.
