Appartment was a few minutes away from the beach. Pool area was very clean and tidy with play area for young children. Nice bar area was quiet during our visit in Oct. Staff friendly and helpful. All rooms have balconies but not all get the sun. Room doesn't have a toaster but has facilities to cook. Microwave and hob Laundry facilities are chargeable on the 1st floor if required.

. Very Good clean & close to the beach
It is renovated and very clean. The room and the kitchen are perfect. The food and breakfast are good. The people are very friendly. The pool is excellent! The location is good there are many restaurants around furthermore it is close to the beach. It's perfect for families.

We arrived for a week and loved it good food very attentive staff and extremely friendly, i cant think of any bad points at all very pleased. I also use the gym just my type of gym old school. We will definitely be joining the team again.

Fab little gem of a hotel!
Just returned from a week at the Frixos Apts Hotel and had a superb stay. The staff are friendly and polite, and go out of their way to help you, particularly the staff on Reception and the night Security man. The hotel is situated close to the beach and there are lots of restaurants and bars, yet the area retains a quiet charm. It’s not a place to stay if you are expecting wild nights out though!

The property was fantastic for my family and especially my 2.5 year old daughter. The pools were perfection, the little playground was a huge hit and we loved the lawn for her to run around on. The staff was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was just what we needed for our vacation, relaxing! We plan to come back and stay again.

The property is clean and neat but the toilet bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom, it should be accessible from the common area Breakfast is adequate but not inspiring, a few pieces are put out and it’s replenished sporadically until breakfast time comes to an end ie fruit, fried eggs and bacon. Nice place right by the sea though, although not direct access. Very nice restaurant across the road, Vettrianos, Andy from reception suggested us the place and gave us a stamped headed paper of the hotel, we got a amazing complimentary bottle of wine with that. We went back a free times to this restaurant and never had a bad meal. Owner Andreas very charming and chef.

I think it was affordable and convenient and the breakfast was good and staff friendly. It’s close to the airport. On the other side, It’s a bit far from everything and the pool is not fenced off so I constantly had to stand by the pool stopping my kids from falling in.

Missing baby shoes from my apart and baby hat!
after cleaning was done in our apartment as we were on the beach disappeared the shoes adidas of my baby who were new and a very beautiful new baby hat (1 year and a half) disappeared without a trace. I mention that they were only worn on our arrival there then down and left in the room. I noticed their disappearance when I packed the baggage on the last day. I am very disappointed. A lady at the reception asked me the exact phone number when I leave to the airport in case they find them I gave up this idea because they had no way to put a package in London, but I left very disappointed. I paid quite a lot for this holiday and I do not accept to have such disruptions.

Brilliant hotel, close to the beach
This is the fourth time my daughter and I have stayed at the Frixos and we will definitely be going back next year. The hotel is run by friendly helpful people who are always reward to help and have a chat. The accommodation is soo good, and always exceptionally clean and well maintained. It's close to the beach and also on a bus route into larnaca town or up Ayia Napa. I would definitely recommend it

Frixos is a wonderful family run establishment and the staff are friendly and helpful. Although the menu is limited the food is of an excellent quality, love the breakfast selection, daily fresh fruit and the homemade cakes. There is such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere hence this our second visit and we will definitely being going back again. We would like to give the whole Frixos family a very big thank you for everything.

Super stay!
We had suffered a miserable winter and to come to Cyprus for 10 glorious days was a delight. Finding Frixos hotel was just wonderful. The rooms were very well equipped although the mattress was rather firm. Breakfasts were excellent as were the meals we enjoyed in the evenings. The reception staff were extremely helpful as were the bar staff and waitresses. All took an interest in us which made us feel very much at home. Loved the pool and the gardens! Lovely hotel apartment just outside of Larnaca
We are a couple with a 7 month old infant, we were a little anxious as this was the first time abroad with our little boy. Our week stay was lovely, staff were extremely polite and welcoming, rooms are spacious and clean and location is ideal; about 15 minutes drive into Larnaca, 20 minutes to Ayia Napa and 40 minutes to Nicosia. We went at the start of March so a couple of weeks prior to peak season starting. The hotel is in a quiet location, the beach about 100m walk from the hotel isn't particularly nice, however there are plenty of beautiful beaches in close proximity (we recommend Mackenzy beach in Larnaca or Markonissos beach in Aiya Napa). There are shops close by (walking distance) and many local restaurants as well as chains such as Pizza Hut, Ocean Basket and Cafe Nero. Frixos has a nice pool and sunbathing area, small gym and helpful staff. We had a car hired so can't really comment on taxis/public transport links though I'm sure they are plentiful. The country itself is very scenic and locals are happy to help, most locals can speak English.

Lovely modern aparthotel
Lovely hotel in quiet location ( near a road, but no noticeable noise) with a beautiful pool and garden. Complimentary breakfast was great, lots of different options and the lunch menu was good value for money. Room / apartment was very clean and spacious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nice Hotel close to the beach
Frixos Hotel & Apartments holiday stay has been a truly wonderful holiday. We were met with a warm welcome from all staff. Extremely clean facilities. A smaller hotel which made a nice & more personal experience. The restaurant offered a good selection including home grown produce. Overall a great relaxing family break away.

Beautiful, peaceful small gem near the sea
The staff at this small, conservative hotel are extremely attentive to the needs and wants of customers. The rooms are as described. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Living area convenient for entertaining guests or visiting with family and friends. The pool is fantastic - not large but clean and an excellent temperature. We felt very much at home and well-cared for by the staff at Frixos Hotel. We enjoyed the food, as well.

First time in Cyprus
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We arrived very late on our first night, a ground floor room was prepared for us, it was very comfortable. Just personal preference, we requested for another room on the upper floor. The staff was very accommodating and efficient, we were able to move to another super comfortable room in around 30 minutes. Breakfast was great as well, a gentleman staff (the owner I suppose, if not, he must be very dedicated at work), was always there to cater to everyone's needs, always greeting the guests, from little kids to adults, it was a very hospitable experience. The hotel location is great too, walking distance to numerous restaurants and the beach. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing stay! Great job, Frixos and staff!!

Me and my girl friend arrived at 3pm qwick and simple check inn one form to fill out staff very friendly then we went to room our room was on 2 floor it's not just one room u got lounge area with sofa coffee table arm chair then u got table to eat off with chairs then in same area u got ur kitchen modern with hob cubbords and micwave sink next room is bed room very nice queen size bed loads storage and in wardrobe is the safe and there no charge for safe most hotel charge u then there's bath room very clean modern with a very nice shower plus off lounge u got a balconey were u can smoke if u wish but all in all a very nice hotel one best I've stayed in cyprus I've got family there so I've been coming there for long time and stayed most hotels over years in morning u get breakfast it's buffet help ur self it ok not best breakfast I've but it's ok all fresh then u got pool very clean and sun beds very comthy and there will sev u drinks by pool if u wish my stay was very good there one staff member called Dominic she was very helpful she is very good with people she was fav staff member but there all very good at there jobs try book for July bring kids out there but fully book to oct I will stay there again I give the frixos 10/10 we loved every min of our stay thank u

A perfect place for a "quiet" break.
The complex is really lovely. Pool area beautiful. So clean . Lovely rooms and comfortable bed. Bar snacks and drinks reasonably priced. Only down side is not a lot to do around and about in the evening so we went into Larnaca. There is a local bus service and it's only about 20 minutes.
