Fair, could be better.

Pros: Front desk staff was very nice.
Cons: Breakfast area is very sad! Update your coffee's please! Be up front with people with reservations when something, like the pool, is closed!
Location: We have a lot of family in Largo. That is the only reason we go to Fl.
We were very upset that the pool was closed while we were there. Going to Holiday Inn was not an option for us with a walker or wheel chair. Waking up at 8 am wasn't what we wanted for a vacation either, but the pool men started cutting cement tiles that early! That wasn't very nice after we had traveled all day the day before! You DO need to change the carpet in room 415. It is so nasty! The front desk staff was very nice and helpful! We wondered why your workers park under the front entry way? That should be for your paying customers. Every day there were 2 cars there. When we asked about it we were told the boss likes to park there! We come to Florida twice year. We're not sure we want to stay there again.

Hotel needs maintaining

Most of the staff were decent. The rooms were clean every day but never any cold water and your key doesn't work any of the outer doors or the laundry room door. Pool needs cleaning. Within 5miles of the beach though.

Vacation trip and visit family

Pros: Staff was friendly and pleasant
Cons: More of a varity at breakfast. Same items over and over. Key entery cards (not working a lot of time)
Location: Was nearby to a lot of different activities. That is one reason they should have better service than others.............
I had went through Orbitz . Very disappointed with both hotel and what I was to receive and what I got. I was to receive a room with 2 Queen beds but when I arrived I got one small room with one King bed. I was told that this is what was registered. I had my paper from Orbitz that showed that this was incorrect and was told they had none available. I ended up with another room with a king bed and a couch that turned into a bed which was uncomfortable. I believe Orbitz was aware of this and should of notified me of room or bed available.

Excelente opcion a precio moderado, todo muy placentero. El personal atiende con mucha cortesia, es nuestra segunda estadia en este hotel y en ambas ocasiones recibimos un trato preferencial en pequenos detalles.

Hotel was just OK and average for Hampton quality. I do not agree with the excellent rating that brought me to this hotel. Coffee was way too weak, apples were lousy & no bananas for 2 days. Room carpet and entry wall was stained & a bit worn. While eating breakfast I over heard 3 complaints made at front desk in 2 days. Two bright spots...The maids did a great job and afternoon front desk crew was really great. One guy that works the morning desk has a bit of an attitude,
