The hotel boiler went out before we arrived. We were not informed by Expedia or the hotel staff. We found out at 10pm after running the water for 10 minutes and then calling the front desk. The front desk maintained that there was a sign posted outside but the following morning I found no sign visible. The hot water was out for a day and a half. We could not bathe our infant without warm water.
Following the restoration of the hot water, we discovered what looked like grease in the sink, the shower, our drinking cups, and on our persons. These black spots took over three days to rub off. Again, we could not bathe our infant during our stay. When I complained to the management, no discount or compensation was offered. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and I will not stay at that hotel or use Expedia again.

I am so sorry that you we had hot water issues during your stay with us. We thought it was going to be a quick repair, but of course a part was needed. I'm sorry if we didn't communicate effectively. When turning off the water to a five story building, and restarting, there will always be some residual particles in the pipes which usually clears very quickly but I'm so sorry that you had to endure our water woes. I hope that you will try us again in the future, problems such as these are very rare. I can assure you that everything is working great now.
