the staff made their best but rather utmost effort to make our stay more enjoyable and pleasant especially the guests relationship administrator YASMEEN. my suggestion to the management to add some tv channels in Arabic, as things are now, arab guests are biased against

Nice hotel, great facilities

Pros: Facilities, availability of food and drink. Drinks cartons and bottles of water in self service fridges.
Cons: Dinner is not great - mostly Turkish food with very little variety and not much cooked in front of you.
Location: Good location near airport but stayed mostly at hotel.
Facilities are great for a young family particularly the indoor pool as being late October we had a couple of rainy days. Outdoor pools were too cold but the sea was still nice and warm for swimming. Fast food lunches were great with so many options. Dinner could be improved, mostly Turkish food with very variate and not much cooked in front of you. Kids buffet is a good idea but again limited selection. Food and drinks available day and night so even at busy time plenty of food available and no queues.

Beautiful tasteful hotel

The place is absolutely beautiful, food is great and service impeccable. I am somewhat disappointed with the activities. May be it's the end of the season but I expected more.

Best All Inclusive Deal !!

I really enjoyed my stay at Baia Lara hotel overlooking lovely views of the beach which had generous patch of its own private beach !!! The staff were polite and courteous and guest services really gave a personalised service making the stay all the more special ! The food was of excellent quality and there was good selection of restaurants including a la carte and beach restaurants. There was daily entertainment in lobby area with good atmosphere, there was good number of pools for both adults and children which included heated pools. The rooms were cleaned daily and hotels decor inside and out all added to a special experience that I would recommend.

Excellent family holiday

Pros: Grounds, rooms, food quality, staff
Cons: Nothing
Location: Mainly other large hotels and a few shops, Antalya a short bus journey can pick up the LC07 bus outside the hotel, 2 euro each way
Great hotel, staff and facilities. Can't fault anything really.

Pros: Entertainment was good
Cons: Food was not of a high standard. Towel system was annoying. No service around the pool.
Location: Resort had not much around apart from your typical souvenir shops and fake clothing
Room had no balcony, cup of milk was left in room for 3 days. Food was overcooked and not pleasing. Plenty of variety but not to a high standard. Ice cream only served for 3 hours in the day.
