Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

Overall a great stay! The location is excellent and very convenient, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming — they really made the experience. The only small tweak is that the bathroom shower knob was a bit loose, but nothing major. Would definitely stay here again!
