The hotel has small apartment blocks set around two lovely heated pools. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff are very kind and helpful and seem to speak every possible language (including excellent English).

It wasnt advised on the booking that it was a room request and not a gaurentee. We thought we had book a twin room and when we got there we had been put into a double room. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very helpful they moved us rooms on day 2 to a twin room

Great hotel, perfect location. We booked a Junior Suite and were given a ground floor room which was brilliant for us. Bathroom is HUGE with a walk in shower, large vanity sink area and a full length mirror. Room had plenty of storage space too. Kettle with Tea/Coffee and a small fridge also provided. The only slight improvement would be a mirror for the dressing table area. I like to sit and do my hair/make-up but fortunately, I always take a travel mirror with me Paid for breakfast at reception (staff were lovely) on arrival EUR14 per person per day which was well worth it for the convenience but also the quality of what was offered each day was excellent. There was an abundance of breads on offer, pastries, hot food, fruit, cereals (choice of milk), cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts and a chef cooking eggs to order. Fruit juices and a selection of coffee Pool Towels are provided, cards are given on arrival which you exchange for towels and then swap them as required. At the end of your stay, hand back the towels for the cards to give back to reception at check out. All in all, we would absolutely return to Costa Teguise, it was our first time in Lanzarote but won't be our last and this hotel was perfect for us

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. You can walk less than a few minutes and find many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Staff were the most helpful out of anywhere I have ever stayed. The Receptionist helped book an airport taxi at a brilliant price. The room was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. Pool area was beautifully maintained. Overall relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Very clean and modern with nice pool area. Lack of hot water to shower but main problem is there is no lift and I was on my own with a heavy suitcase and given room on the 3rd floor and no assistance offered.

Great hotel
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Excellent, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable bed, which is very important to me. Great, walk in shower. Room cleaned daily. Made our holiday very enjoyable.

Loved the peace and quiet, very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacious, big bathroom with a great shower. Our 2nd time here, so easy to get anywhere from this hotel. Recommend highly for elderly with walking limits. So close to restaurants, market and shops.

This is a decent 4 star hotel. Pros - The staff are professional and very courteous - Good buffet for breakfast and decently priced (€14 per head) - The view from the balcony is fantastic looking over a nice pool - Good location in the city centre with amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance - 5 minute walk to Playas de las Cucharas beach - 20 minute ride from the airport Some things to note: - There is no porter (or lift) so if you have a medium / large suitcase you have to take it up the stairs (max 2 flights) yourself. - The restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner buffets. The options in the dinner buffet declined after the first 2 nights. - No lunch at the hotel but it’s nicely located so you can walk to some restaurants nearby (Pablos is a good option) - The WiFi in the room isn’t great (I’d rate it a 6/10) - Late checkout costs €20 (even if it’s for an hour) and there is no complementary extension

The hotel was just as it looks on pictures, was very clean room was as described also was very happy with the bathroom and how clean it was. No shortage of hot water. The heated pool was a nice touch. I do highly recommend this hotel it is genially amazing. Also the hotel is in a great location were if you cross over you have a nice strip of restaurants and a spar 5 min walk. (really recommend the Italian across the road) My only 2 issues i faced was my back has been in some discomfort from the memory form mattress although at the time beds was very comfy. And also on my last night i did get awaken at 5am to reception banging on saying emergency when i eventually opened up they asked if my room was flooded which it wasn't and then they walked away, this was not ideal as we was up at 7am to get our flight home. But please give this hotel a try was well worth the price in a very good location Overall id say 4/5

The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is only 20 minutes away from the airport by car, 5-10 minutes on foot from a selection of beaches and 2 minutes from shops and restaurants, so very conveniently located. The heated pool is a nice touch for the cooler weather. A lot of the guests keep their loungers even when they are not there, so it’s not easy to find a lounger. Overall a wonderful stay, the only improvements we would ask for are a much harder mattress, we both came away with a backache after sleeping on a memory foam mattress, even after a couple of days. And also more soft fixtures in the rooms to absorb some of the noise made by guests. The hard surfaces mean we can hear every noise people make next door and above or below you. And a real coffee machine in the room would also be good, so that you can have a real coffee first thing without leaving your room. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider returning if they have harder mattresses on offer.

Was greated with a very polite receptionist. Reception was clean and tidy. Love what they have done with all the rooms as was looking very tied a few years ago. Breakfast buffet was very nice although hot food was only warm.

The apartment was in a great location with plenty of facilities. It was modern, very clean and spacious. The hotel itself is central for bars, restaurants and beaches. Whilst the resort was quieter then normal the food choices and bars where still great. Weather as always was hot and sunny. A great place to go.
