When we went to check in they did not have the room available that I reserved, needless to say they put us in a smaller room that could only accommodate 3 people and we are a family of 4. It was awful and they still changed me the same price. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager on duty basically told me there was nothing he could do for me and one of my kids had to sleep on the floor. Completely unacceptable!! We drove 3 hrs for that!!! We are on a college visit for my twin boys and if my kids decide to go to school in this area, I will never stay at this hotel. They should have discounted my room or put my kids up in another room to accommodate.

Poor lighting in the suite. Coffee maker was filthy. Carpet not finished under kitchenette? area. No maid service. Parking lot in terrible shape and may have caused tire damage. It was quiet and matress was comfortable and supportive.

We stayed to enjoy the pool area. Upon checkn in, we were told that the pool heater was broken and that the hot tub had been removed. We ended up going to a different hotel.

Not the best stay
Our hotel shower did not work and only a small spray of water came out, the toilet didn't work properly, and the front desk clerk upon check in came from the back, unaware that we had walked in.

Did Not get the room I’ve paid for! Also my reservation should include breakfast for 2. The hotel had a little Starbucks but not a breakfast included. The receptionist was very surprised that the breakfast should be included. Reserved a room with King bed and a double sofa bed but the sofa bed was not there!

Was double charged multiple times. Stay ended with cops throwing me out. Also charged my bf card over $1500 in unknown and unauthorized incidental charges that we never purchased.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

I asked the front desk if they had somewhere to store my golf clubs while I was in town and she said no when clearly there was a room marked Storage right down the hall. The room smelled of mildew. Housekeeping did not clean my room while I was out all day.

NEVER STAY HERE!
I've stayed at MANY Marriotts and this was THE WORST! It was dirty AND smelled like smoke! Room was dirty an the blinds had mildew on them. The pool was broke (and green). The elevator was broke. (I felt bad for the lady in the wheel chair checking in). There wasn't anyone at the front desk. When we asked to get more towels they gave us green ripped rag towels and said they didn't have anyone to do work the washing machine. I would never ever stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointed
First off, I booked at this hotel for my family and another family. Together we had 4 young kids that were really looking forward to swimming. Actually, I filtered my hotel search criteria to specifically include hotels with a swimming pool just for the kids. Nowhere was I ever notified that the pool was closed for maintenance, not even when I called the property to verify my reservation when I only received check in info, for one of the two rooms I booked, the day prior or at check in. We found out when the kids were dressed in their suits and we saw a very algae infested pool. I never would have even considered booking this property knowing there wasn’t a pool available. My other complaint is that we booked a king suite with a “double” pull-out that states the room sleeps 4 “adults.” Not only did we open the pull out sofa to find that it was very much only a twin size bed but the mattress was stained and there was absolutely no bedding in the room. The front desk was very prompt on bringing me new bedding that only had 1 pillow. Both of my booked suites were like this. I even marked 2 adults and 2 children on each booking and we still only had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths. Obviously these rooms were never meant for 4 ppl. The sitting chairs in the room pictures on the website were also nowhere to be found. Overall I am very disappointed in my stay at this location. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel room that I paid this much money for.

Comfy, Clean, Quiet and Convenient. A Great Stay
The lobby, our room and most of the hotel look renovated and are very clean. The room was large, easy to regulate the temperature, very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel is located close to expressway and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. All the staff that we interacted with were cordial, friendly and very helpful.The only downside was the indoor pool that had been closed for over 2 months. The website should include this information. Fortunately the pool wasn't our top priority. We're happy to have stayed here for a week and a half and really enjoyed this hotel. We would certainly stay here again.

Generally pleasant, they unfortunately had surge pricing due to a weather event and lots of utility workers in town. As a result the value wasn’t very good. The bed was nice and the room quiet.

The room itself was ok, the pool had been down for a number of days and was not informed until after booking (non-refundable). There was a 25 dollar upcharge for breakfast for 2 people. Overall would not stay here again. However the noon checkout was a plus

Very nice place, but lacking free amenities
I would definitely stay here again, but we just didn't have a lot of luck with service for our stay. Our room was great, comfortable bed, nice extra sitting room in our suite. I do feel like they didn't provide you with any Free amenities, like coffee or water in the lobby or breakfast, not even fruit or breakfast bars. They wanted you to buy everything since they have a store and a bistro. We stayed for 5 days and took our do not disturb sign off our door on day 3 for a refresh, but they didn't do it. We then had to run down to the front desk to get new towels and rags since we put them on the floor for new ones. It was just an inconvenience, not a horrible mistake. We also had to wait on our room for a few minutes when we checked in at 3:30, check in started at 3. Again, not horrible, but just inconvenient.

There is a small bistro bar serving the basics and also a very thoughtful selection of foods, snacks, drinks available for at the hotel's "market." Very useful for my extended stay while working 10 hour days in my hotel room. Only thing I would change is the size of and equipment in the very small and outdated fitness center.
