"This is our absolute favorite place to travel. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, but this resort is special. Perfect weather, amazing rooms, protected swimming cove, several pools, restaurants within walking distance, but what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. We have come for years now, and over that time we have made friends with several people who make us feel like friends and family. Cody - while we missed Cody this trip, he always makes our breakfast experience amazing. He has visited multiple FS properties, and because of him, we have added at least 5 to our own list. Cameron - no longer poolside, we were so grateful to be greeted by him when we checked in at the front desk. He has taken care of our family on multiple trips and always seems to find a way to surprise us and make our trip unexpected and memorable. Justin Joey and Morganne. These two were absolutely the best part of our most recent stay. They daily looked out for us and our kiddos and continually looked for ways to make our family feel recognized and went above and beyond to make this our best trip yet. Other major shoutouts include Alyssa, Chloe, Kayci, Moani (always), Ava, and Noah (great to chat). Absolutely recommend this location! We go at least once per year, and it is by far our favorite family destination. "

"We had the best time at the Kai Lani oceanfront condo! The condo is spacious, clean, and has the best views from the lanai. The property location was fabulous- easy walk to the lagoons and shopping. The swimming pool area was a hit! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! "

"The unit was very nice. We have four kids so it was great there were beach toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc., all there for us to use. We loved the pool, and the beach was very nice. It was better than the other resort beaches because it was less crowded. Kids loved feeding the koi fish on the property every day. We had a wonderful stay."

"Overall the stay was great but some minor things that we noticed that aren't necessarily deal breakers for most I think. Most if not all the furniture are pretty worn out (counter seats are loose and a couple creak pretty loudly, beach equipment were pretty old and had stains, some drawers don't work very well, some kitchen cabinet doors felt like they were about to fall off, fry pans and pots are pretty worn out, etc). Some of the furniture pics are inaccurate (lanai dining table is not what is shown). View is great though and location to the beach access is also great. "

"We came with our toddler and 3 month old and the condo had everything you could possibly need! Great location, beautiful balcony that feels so private amongst the palm trees. So close to the pool/shops area. Couldn’t recommend more!"
