Profitez d’un séjour lumineux et confortable dans cette grande maison pleine de charme, idéalement située en plein centre historique de Langres, sur la très jolie place des Centenaires. Très bien orientée, elle bénéficie d’une grande luminosité toute la journée (précieux à Langres !) et d’un excellent confort thermique en toute saison, grâce à une bonne isolation (murs, toiture, double vitrage récent) et un chauffage central au gaz de ville. Facile d’accès : un grand parking gratuit est juste en face, idéal pour se garer sans stress. L’entrée de la maison donne sur une rue calme et peu passante, pratique pour charger/décharger les bagages. Une maison spacieuse, idéale pour les séjours en famille ou entre amis : RDC : une grande entrée avec vestiaire, WC, une cuisine parfaitement équipée (lave-vaisselle, robot de cuisine, appareil à crêpes, enceinte Bluetooth...) et une grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes. 1er étage : une salle d’eau avec grande douche et machine à laver, et un salon cosy et lumineux, parfait pour se détendre. Jeux de société, enceinte, et une tonne de Kaplas pour les petits (et les grands !) enfants. 2e & 3e étages : 4 grandes chambres (lit 160 cm, armoire, fauteuil, lampes, etc.), 2 WC et un bureau avec point d’eau. 4e étage : un grand grenier isolé et lumineux, idéal comme espace artistique ou de jeu (non chauffé). Une grande cave voûtée de 50 m² complète la maison. Chaque chambre est calme, lumineuse, sans vis-à-vis, et offre une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale. Des couchages supplémentaires (canapés convertibles avec vrais matelas d’appoint) permettent d’accueillir jusqu’à 10-12 personnes au total confortablement. Maison non fumeur. Nos amis les chiens ne sont pas acceptés, mais famille et amis sont les bienvenus ! Fibre optique sur place, parfait pour un séjour télétravail ou un week-end connecté. Tout est prêt, vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises ! Pas besoin de voiture pour explorer Langres : tout se fait à pied ou à vélo, et la gare est accessible en quelques minutes (train direct pour Paris Gare de l’Est en 2h45). Enfin, pour les amoureux de nature et d’histoire : Langres est un véritable joyau médiéval, entouré de lacs sauvages et aux portes du Parc National des Forêts. Parfait pour se ressourcer. Que vous soyez en famille, entre amis, en télétravail ou en escapade nature, "Les Centenaires" est le pied-à-terre idéal pour découvrir Langres et ses environs dans un cadre chaleureux, pratique et confortable. The whole house was clean, tidy, charming and massive spread over a number of floors each looking different. The house is right by the centre of Langres which itself is a beautiful town.
