There was a $15 charge for parking per night. Very short walk to sesame which is why we were there. The rooms were ok nothing too fancy. We stayed on the third floor and can hear stuff falling in the rooms above us. Breakfast was very crowded and chaotic. Very limited options not appetizing at all. Not a single fruit was available.

Staff was very nice! But Room had flies and bugs! I chose the hotel due to the indoor pool but it was closed! Checking in we were told a list of amenities that was available to us (which included the pool) but we didn’t know the pool was closed until we were ready to use it! Breakfast was horrible!

If you’re going to sesame place, this is the best option. It’s literally a safe sidewalk 5 min walk to the front gate. Worth it for that. The room we had was a little underwhelming. The fridge door was broken, didn’t stay closed. The telephone was broken, receiver didn’t have outgoing audio. One of the reading lights was broken and the coffee maker was broken. Otherwise clean and very spacious room.

This hotel was amazing. I had problem with my car starting and the maintenance guy and the ladies at the front desk help me get a jump start instead of waiting for Triple A that was taking too long. The hotel was clean and the customer service was nice. I wish they would’ve clean the shower more or just bring shower shoes

The check-in was smooth, but when we got into our room, the air was stale and there were uncleaned areas on the carpet and glass partition where it looked like someone spit on the glass. It could have been cleaner for what we spent there. Other than that, the included breakfast was good and I like the movie, pizza, popcorn, drinks and special token for the kids that was presented on Saturday night. I like that the hotel totally caters to children, the only issue I had was the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall, a good stay and I would stay there again.

Very clean and inviting environment , I brought my children and they enjoy their stay. Space is very well divided, we were 4 , the sofa and living room turns i to a bedroom to sleep at night. The Tv can turn to either the bed or the livingroom.

The rooms are outdated and dirty. The carpet smells and there is rust in the tub. The decor in the main lobby is disgusting the chairs are dirty and old. I was there 3 nights and my room was not serviced once even though I was told it would be. The sheets don’t fit the bed properly and are impossible to get back on. The air conditioner made so much noise. The hot tub was out of order and the pool water looked dirty. The gym was disgusting machines filthy with old dirty mats rolled into a corner. The restaurant we ordered from forgot our utensils and when asking the front desk they said they could not assist everything is locked up I know it isn’t there fault but not accommodating to their guests at all. Beds were so hard and pillows smelled musty. Don’t stay here !

Worse service ever!!!!!
My check in time on October 28th was at anytime after 4:00 pm, I came there at like 8:30 am to check out where it was at, and asked the gentleman at the desk to confirm my reservations, and he said yes. I said I have a conference across the street I will be back after 4:00 to check in, I come back and my reservation was no longer there and they gave my room to someone else.

They gave my room away. I called early and asked for an early check in, they said that was fine. On arrival they said they over sold rooms and Expedia was relocating me. Expedia never called me I had to call them. Expedia representative was rude and took him 2hrs to find me a hotel with the same accommodations I had booked. I will never use Expedia again. I was offered NO COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AND TROUBLES. IT WAS JUST LIKE NO-ONE CARED. THE FRONT DESK CLERK AND EXPEDIA REPRESENTATIVE JUST DID NOT CARE! I will NEVER use Expedia again! THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS YOU CAUSED ME!

We stayed only for the proximity to Sesame Place. The location is great, but since the property appeals to families with young kids, cleaning could have been amped up. We had to have our room switched because an odor in our clean room was pretty musty. The carpets don’t smell great and the AC unit was loud and rickety. Would have appreciated some variety in the breakfast offering. 4 days straight of the same exact options.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was great I asked for new sheets and the lady cane back right away with them! They are great with kids and gave my daughter coloring pages and crayons. The hot tub was broken and the pool definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast is hectic with all the families going to sesame place and they tried to keep up with the demand but Labor day weekend was packed. Overall it was perfect distance from sesame place with a very convenient walk and parking is half the price of sesame. We were able to see the fireworks from the walkway saving us from being inside with the crowd. The mall is down the street and there is a target near by and dozens of places to eat. Definitely would recommend for families.
