Hein Flint 5 - Hus Hein Flint

This apartment is 31m² ideal for a holiday of up to a maximum of 3 people. The friendly bathroom is equipped with modern facilities. The living and dining area is designed friendly. There is no separate bedroom available. A third person can sleep on the sofa bed.
A pet in the "Hein Flint 5" is not allowed.

The builder of the house, Heinrich Wissmann, after the war, when there were hardly any jobs on Langeoog, found his livelihood in finding stones from the mud flats (so-called "shotguns"), which were then used for bank protection were installed at the port. Through his work he has been nicknamed "Hein Flint". Later, Mr. Wissmann has his captain's license and offered his own ship excursions for island guests. The house is located in a quiet side street, just a few minutes from the center. It is completely renovated and houses seven modern apartments, all of which (the German fixed network) and Internet (Wi-Fi) are equipped with kitchen, shower, TV, free phone. In the house are apartments and maisonettes with garden. Apartments with private terraces have its own beach chair available. In the basement of the house there is a sauna, solarium, infrared Wärmekabineund damp room bio sauna. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee.    Pets are allowed.

Tolle Unterkunft für eine kleine Familie. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2 Stock und ist gut zugeschnitten, sodass auch bei der Größe keine Enge entsteht. Die Kochniesche bietet alles was man für schnelles Kochen braucht. Ein Backofen fehlt leider. Ruhige Lage und doch alles schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Bahnhof ca. 7 Minuten Gehzeit. Strand ca. 10 Minuten.

Langeoog

Die Insel ist nach wie vor eine Reise wert. Der Strand ist einfach wunderschön. Leider haben wie fast überall die Preise ordentlich angezogen. Und der Bau eines Luxushotels in der Nähe der Dünen kann auch kritisch betrachtet werden..... Ich bin der Meinung, dass wir kein zweites Sylt brauchen.

Lehrgangsaufenthalt

Das Objekt bietet alles, was notwendig ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation vor Ort bei Problemen klappt allerdings überhaupt nicht, drei verschiedene Telefonnummern sind an unterschiedlichen Tagen nicht beantwortet worden und es erfolgte kein Rückruf. Da die Angelegenheit nicht wirklich schwerwiegend war, blieb dies nachrangig, etwas verärgert hat es mich aber schon.

gemütliche ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung , Lage ruhig . Gewünscht hätte ich mir eine persönliche Ansprache und wenn es nur eine schriftliche Begrüßung gewesen wäre . Teppichboden in der Ferienwohnung am Meer finde ich nicht gut . Ich würde aber wiederkommen .

In der Dusche gibt es einen schwarzen Fleck im unteren Bereich, der auf eine Bakterienkolonie hindeutet. Hätte mir auch eine kurze persönliche Begrüßung vor Ort gewünscht, um die wichtigsten Dinge kurz zu erklären.
