The property as a whole looked very fresh and clean, the staff were friendly. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well too. It is next to the station, which was very convenient for travelling and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of Leuven. We were at the front of the hotel and didn't hear any train noise etc."

"Our room was clean and comfortable and staff helpful, but the room layout was badly planned. You could not see the television from the sofa area. There was no shower screen so we had to have a bath but the soap dispenser fixed to the wall was too far away to reach when seated in the bath."

"Ipaid for a deluxe room. The hotel assigned me a room that was without any heat source. NH Hotel would not change my room. On Friday night a group of rowdy young adults were also assigned rooms in my room vicinity. A totally terrible experience."
