A baseball team threw food in the pool . Management closed down the pool. My kids couldn't swim...that was the reason we booked the hotel .

Hello Lydia,I apologize that you were not able to use the pool during your recent stay. As you stated, some other guests decided it was a good idea to spoil the pool fun by being irresponsible. We had no choice but to close the pool to ensure guest safety and this was completely out of our control. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.

The property was nice, pretty updated. The room was clean. The bathroom, however, needed its tub cleaned inside and out. There was staining inside the tub and the exterior tub wall was bot wiped off.

I have stayed at this hotel at minimum 5 times in the @6 months and the hotel and staff are always amazing. The hotel is always clean and smells nice. But this recent stay was less than amazing due to drainage issues in room. My first night, the tub would not drain until hours after shower was taken (water a little above ankle during shower for reference). The issue was shared with hotel staff who immediately switched my room. But the second room did the exact same thing with shower not draining. I notified front desk who said they would have maintenance check it out. Maintenance never came to room or fixed drain.

The door into the room is too small for the frame, you could see light coming under the door and on the side. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathtub needs replacing, there is discoloration from age. From my observation there has been a lot of remodeling going on, so I think in the future these changes may occur. Yes I would consider trying it out again.

This is always a great place to stay! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Any time we have had a confusion they have helped us fix it without any hassle. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast the next morning is better than going to a restaurant. We will continue to use this hotel every time we come to the area. Thank you for being so amazing!

We stayed for two night. On returning to our room for the second night absolutely nothing had been done to our room. No clean and dry towels nor the bed made. You need to train your staff to be customer friendly.

This notification is located on the front desk and on a mirror cling in the guest bathrooms. When I walked in and up to the front desk, it was then that I realized that the female employee was sitting in the lounge area, on her phone and eating a bag of chips. I reserved a handicapped accessible room from the pictures on the website, however, the toilet was of standard height with no grab rails nearby and the shower didn’t have a seat as in the photos. There was only a little toilet paper on the roll and no extra rolls. Two of the towels were stained or dirty. There was nobody to be found at the front desk when we tried to check out. The comforter on the bed was absolutely amazing.
